There is self-motivation is too necessary for the self-development, because without a self-motivated person always takes different steps towards improve its own performance in personal life. Currently various books & journals are available in the market which can guide to a person about how to promote self-development aspect in personal life. Nowadays various blogs and articles also are available on the internet which has based on self-development, so a person can read these blogs and articles also for developing own abilities and skills This portfolio has discussed actual value of various skills in personal and professional development. There are reading log, photo log etc. aspects also have included in this portfolio. At the ending of portfolio, a CV, an effective action plan and ending summary of this portfolio has been included. Contribution of Mini Project Workshops Mini project workshops play very important role in development and improvement of employability aspect. According to my experience, these workshops has positively impacted my personal life, Reason is, with the support of these workshops I was able to develop my employability feature (Costa, Lázaro Gutiérrez and Rausch, 2020). That wasreallygreatexperiencetome,becauseminiprojectworkshopsweregiven opportunitiesforpromotingself-developmentaspect.Inthisworkshops,many personality development experts can help to a person, they provided some innovative methods in those project workshops which are currently supporting that person in improving my different skills and abilities. According to my knowledge, each person should participate in such mini project workshops, because these workshops gives very big opportunity of self-developing.
A mini project workshop was given me chance for developing communication skills as well. Reason is, when I was participated in mini project workshop, in this situation I has required to communicate with different people, like my colleague, workshop’s existing experts, seniors etc. According to some personality development experts, when you dailyinteractandcommunicatewithdifferentprofessionals,thenyourown communicationskillswillbedefinitelyimproved.That’swhythoseminiproject workshops were played great role to me. If I will get one another chance to participate in such workshops, then I will definitely participate in that workshop, because this type of workshops highly contributes in our personal and professional development (Karwowski and Barbot, 2016). Currently I ready to put any effort to continuously develop my different skills and abilities, because I learnt in those workshops that, a person can’t achieve high success in its personal life without well-developed skills and abilities. According to my experience, these mini project workshops are the best way for developing and improving own employability skills, because in a project workshop, a person always need to cover different tasks which can develop its performance and productivity. Currently extra-ordinary performance and productivity has highly required to plays an employee’s role effectively. That’s why everyone always give very priority to these mini project workshop in personal life. I has learnt somewhere that, I any person no have effective employability, then it will not be able to perform well in the workplace. My existing employability skills and abilities are too effective, because I was putted huge efforts towards developing these skills. There is a person need to develop many other abilities and knowledge areas for improving its employability skills. Accordingtomyknowledge,anemployeealwaysneedtohaswell-improved communication skills, problem-solving skills, time-management skills, decision making skills, etc. for becoming an effective employee. When any employee has succeeded in developing these all skill, then its employability skills will be automatically improved.
