1. Introduction:
Self development which is helpful to gain some information that are needed for working lives and acquire more new information, skills and
maintain their knowledge for sake of learning (Adekunle and Brin, 2020). It is helpful to assess their goals and skills to fulfil their potential
needs and wants for lifelong process. To understand this project, they have to prepare success for institute through self development and
responsibility. This report covers various topics such as how project workshop to be residential social and ethical awareness which reading logs,
how project work should be reflected, academic writing examples and up to date CV.

2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why
they contributed towards the development of yoursocial and ethical awareness and responsibility.(500

Social responsibility and ethical awareness are vital role for success and it should be display that firm has takes an interest for
wider social issues instead of impact of profit limits who will attract more clients which share same principles. Project workshop activities
are also determined to social awareness for institute individuals where they should be recognize internal strength and weakness and their
capability for students. To improve this self awareness they have to understand their external capability and identify their thought, emotions,
opinion and values which will increase their wrong effect. This term personal development plan are used to be considered that there is self
development and remove all those weakness are should be determine how to overcome these weakens and improve those skills and
knowledge (Kynderevych, 2019). Sometimes social responsibility which are related to their some activities which is related to assignment
and enhance their brand value or brand image whether it should be included in project or not. Managers of project are should be determined
when some individuals are decided to bring much risk are should be recognize social risk that organizations operates with several other laws
and regulation in nations.
Project managers can authority their firm towards their communally liable behaviour in local community such as human rights, employee
rights and provider relations. Project involved partnership where mutual benefits are there and goodwill are considered. It should determine
their position in organizations with regard to corporate social responsibility. Firm has also committed with social and ethical practices and
better commitments are generate so that all project are easily to develop in their project workshop activities. It should be increase numbers of
people in their project are should be included and expand their standards of ethical and corporate social responsibility (Lambert, 2018). It is
