INTRODUCTION
Portfolio is defined as the work done by students in their academic tenure. This reflects the
ability and skills that are developed within student while managing the activities and tasks
provided in universities. These are helpful for doing the projects and tasks given in universities
in effective manner (Baker, C. N.and et. al., ). This provides a purpose for the individual to
maintain the employability skills and abilities of a person. This is helpful for the student while
managing the grade promotions, graduation etc. of the student. In this report, there is reflection
about the skills needed by an individual for completing the projects of universities.
SKILL REFLECTION
I have adopted and developed various skills while my academic tenure. These included
various skills that helped me to develop my career and attain organizational goals. It is essential
for me to have different skills that lead me to a better life. Some of the skills and described
below-
Time and task management skill:
There are different skills and abilities which are required by me to manage the task and
projects given to me. The main thing which is most important while managing the projects is
time management. This is very essential for me to manage my work and time so that I can be
able to manage the work properly. There are different tasks provided to me which have to be
done in given time. There is requirement of managing time and task effectively for working in
proper manner.

Group formation:
There are basically two types of groups present within business environment. It is learned by me
in the academic tenure that formal groups and informal groups are understood be me for
handling the projects in effective manner. It is provided that I must know how to work in groups
for completing the projects in proper manner. It is important that group formation is done
properly for managing the tasks and completing them in proper manner (Basturkmen, 2014).
Groups are formed within classrooms for completing the project assigned in given time. Groups
consists of different type of individuals working in the same team and collaborating for
achieving similar targets. I have managed to avoid conflicts and managing them to do work in
proper manner.

Presentation Skills
The presentation skills are needed by me to manage the work in effective manner. It is
important for me as a student to grab opportunities to give presentations. This will help for
analyzing the concept and aspect in proper manner. A good presentation is provided to the
classmates and enhancing the skills for making other people understand the concept in effective
manner. It is essential for me to have good presentation skills so that I am able to motivate others
in analyzing how to work in proper manner. I was successfully able to acquire the skill related to
different stages that are required to provide a effective and good presentation and it consist of
basic six steps treating with understanding of our audiences and ending with the process of
delivery and evaluation.
