INTRODUCTION
Self development and personal development is a development which
help them to develop their different skills for career and it is a continuous
process. On the other hand, self development is a process where students
acquire them to perform various activities for academic and professional
life. They should use proper approaches of learning so they can increase
their ability and knowledge.

Communication skills
Communication skills is one of the most effective skills for
effective student. An student can become effective when they
have proper skills and to improve these skills by conversation as
every people share their views and ideas with other and after that
they receive conversation in return. As there are other ways that

listening to others, ask open ended communication and so on.
