INTRODUCTION Personaldevelopmentincludestheselfimprovementwhichincludesthe increasedselfawareness,creatingpotential,increasingthemarketableskillsand maintaining a proper work life balance. It is also a procedure of the improvement of self in different aspects of life in a conscious manner and the improvement of the personal knowledge, talents, skills and the competencies. This report will discuss the reflective statementthatwilldemonstratetheeffectivecommunicationskillswhichare implementedtotheacademicandtheprofessionalcontext,identificationofthe professionalandtheacademicareasthatneedtobedevelopedfurtherandthe necessary action plan(Berei,2020). MAIN BODY Task 1 Reflective Statement The group presentation taught me various characteristics that are necessary to get as an educator. Proper communication skills is an important thing which must be acquired in order that it will provide advantage to the young learners. It also taught me many interpersonal communication skills that must be practices when communicating with the staff members, the people who are visiting to the school or the caregivers and the parents. From the group presentation it was being learned about the definition of the success which is defined when the objectives are achieved or it can even be said when something small is being achieved and a feeling of the satisfaction is experienced from the individual. That success might be small or big but it brings a smile on the face and also bring happiness in the lives of an individual. When a particular person is successful then he or she is also famous, powerful and rich. When that person lives a life and executes a specific activity then they feel satisfaction and happiness in that feeling. Success can be found in any field and aspect of life and it can only be fulfilled with the help of dedication, hard work and commitment. Determination is the main element of the success and it is also the considered as the secret to the successful life. In order for an individual to be successful in his or her life they must inculcate the idea of never giving up until and unless they acquire complete satisfaction and contentment in their life. Various people find happiness and contentment in multiple ways. Another main thing
that I learnt was to learn from the mistakes of ourselves as we can learn the most crucial lessons from these mistakes and accordingly improve in our life. The main aspectinwhichwecanlearnfromourmistakesisbyadmittingitandnever underestimating them. By learning from our mistakes we can resolve them accordingly. In order to succeed for an individual he or she must apply those lessons in their life and also identify that reading and learning are not the activities that they perform in the class but they will also be applied in the lifelong process (Turakhanov, 2021). The new and the latest information that was being presented to me were the effective and the efficient techniques and the methods which can assist in increasing the success of the student that includes the critical thinking approach, technical skills, adaptability, time management skills and the communication power along with the self confidence.Moreover, money is not the measure in identifying the success. The actual success is the one for which people must strive for. This can be acquired in multiple areas and fields like business, politics and education. In recent times, it is considered that wealth is equal to success but success is a complete fabrication. Also, success is also related to life a comfortable life and it is also believed that if someone has money then they will be successful eventually. To acquire the success in the academic life, it is beingrecommendedinthepresentationtoacknowledgethestrengthsandthe weaknesses of the individual so that they can focus on the strength and decrease their weaknesses. In the lives of the student, the main advantage of setting the objective is to acquire the success in their academic lives. Specifying a smart goal is necessary for the future of the students that stands for the specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely. This also assists them to acquire what they need in their life and then work accordingly for their goals (Setiyono and Al Fawzia, 2021). The interesting thing was that not to compare ourselves with other people as everyone has different abilities and capacities in their lives and doing the things in our own way. As the examinations will approach nearer, so it is important that we the student donot feeloppressedandnot irritateour peers andneighbours.Paying attention to what the teacher teaches is also very important and this can be done by taking the notes in the class and showing them with the respect which will also assist us to comprehend and learn the subject in a more easy manner and gain the listening skills

Presenting in front of the public will create and display the ideas and the opinions with the help of the public presentations with the rising sophistication and complexity. The quantitativereasoninginwhichthestudentlearntoconvertandmanipulatethe information and implement the particular concepts and the skills in order to resolve the issues of the real world, science and technology in which it is bring specified about the impact of the science and the technology on each other and the use of both in examining the human and the natural created systems. The written communication which helpin thecreationandtheexpressionof theideas inwritingalongwith increased complexity and sophistication (Perko, 2020). The development of the professional areas includes the setting of the objective, communication, collaboration, active listening, resolution of the conflict, adaptability, organisation of the things and accepting the constructive feedback. The top professional skills that are required to be developed are the analytical thinking and the innovation,
thelearningstrategiesandtheactivelearning,initiative,originalityandcreativity, programming, design and technology, thinking and analysing critically, dealing with the complexities, social and the leadership impacts, emotional intelligence, problem solving and reasoning, evaluation and the systems analysis. The professional development skills are also known as the soft skills that helps us in encouraging the routine life at the work and also support us in creating the better relationships with the peers and get noticed by the top level staff and become the top member of the team. The skills which are being used in the professional development area includes creating the ability of an individual to utilise the reason and the logic for the development of the inventive solutions, to give priority to the growth of the professional area, to think in a creative waylikedevelopingtheefficiencies,launchingthelatestinitiatives,acquiringthe untapped markets, learning to program and design the software which in the preaviling times is very high in demand, paying more emphasize to the critical thinking, thinking more about the complicated issues which will help in challenging us, be able to motivate the ambition and being intelligent emotionally, creation of the enhanced efficiencies for the individual as well as the organisation and enhancing the skills with more deeper comprehension of the operational activities and the way in which they can be improved (Caldwell and Anderson, 2021). Defining the end goal If the individual is not clear about what he or she want to achieve then he is most likely to fail so for this purpose in order to plan a new initiative it is important to first initially begin by defining where he is and where he want to be in the future.
