Introduction
Self-development can be understood as getting information as well as skills which
can be beneficial in evolving an individual and generally it is in ongoing process which is
relied upon the selected career path by the individual. On the other side, responsibility deals
with the duties and obligations of doing something by own and without being relied on any
other person. For the self-development, it is very essential to recognize the weaknesses
found in an individual so that he or she can work on their weak points and finds
opportunities to grab as earliest as possible. Self-development and responsibility are the two
key elements in which every scholar or student has to work in order to realize their goals
and success.

How and why have the project workshop activities developed your social and
ethical awareness and responsibility?
Attending the module and workshops helps me in analyzing the concept of ethical
and social awareness and responsibility in the higher education. My mentors and tutors
helped me to realise the concept of social awareness and responsibility and define me the
value of listening and respecting the perceptions or view of others. These learning
workshops supported me in improving the ability of taking the perspective of my classmates
and even my seniors in a right way that I should respect their opinions, whether it si
matched with me or not. It provide me the ability to empathise with other persons as they
come from diverse cultures, backgrounds, having distinct identity in colour, race or religion. I
should interact with all people without having the judgments on discrimination. The concept
of ethical awareness and responsibility helped me in standing up for my friends who are
mistreating by others. It provided me the guidance and direction to support my friends when
they bully by other people in the school. I realise the value to be in touch with my own
values, and able to mould the conflict emotions. Having the awareness and responsibility of
ethical and social values helped me to build effective relationships with other students which
lasts life long. Attending the workshops also helped me demonstrating the strong social
awareness where people engaged in effective and constructive communication with their
peers and other school mates and resolve issues effectively when they arise. Ethics as a
principles, I have been guided to determine the standards for individual behaviour. I got the
understanding between right and wrong, respect and disrespect of people on the basis
personal or cultural beliefs. Therefore, it has been identified by me that I should respect the
culture and values hold by other people and respect and listen their views over something
that exhibits respect by me.

The documents which have been served below is significant as it involves by individual
development plan which is beneficial to develop and improve my abilities and potential to do any
work or task. Personal development will be beneficial for me as it will indulge me the direction and
guidance of my strong and weak areas. With the help of personal analysis will help me to identify
growth opportunities around me and I can recognize the threats which comes along with it. I have
realized that there are many areas in which I need to grow and develop as these can be the hurdles
and obstacles in my growth. Reading logs covers all the books which I have read as it helped me to
develop my grammar and vocabulary, also it helped me to improve my positive thoughts and builds
my motivation and self confidence level. Time management weekly schedule helped me to write and
list down all the things which I need to do on weekly basis and also supported me to manage my
time. Managing time properly is essential as it will assist me to accomplishment objectives and
dreams and also it makes me to manage my time efficiently and effectively. Moreover, I have
signified the communication skills and compassing both kinds of communication verbal and written
which will be beneficial and will provide me the confidence to talk with other people in and more
efficient way and with grace as well. An effective communication skill will also beneficial for getting
my dream job as I will be able to expressing my thoughts and ideas to my mentors or seniors which
will help me to grow in my profession. Social and ethical awareness will be beneficial to evolve the
values and significance about the ethics which I required to receive and also beneficial in making
vital decisions. Academic skills cover what I have acquired knowledge by attending a workshop and
what knowledge and skills I have collected. Attending workshop benefitted me to receive various
types of skills through which I develop my knowledge and skills for the acquisition of future job.
Employability skills comprises what skills I have gained by attending such kind of workshop and how
it will be beneficial for my job. The reflection, together with action plan which I have prepared for
myself is all about the experiences which I have gained attending those workshops. The action plan
is all about the objectives and targets which I have to achieve and resources which are needed to
accomplish those objectives.

Conclusion
It has been concluded from the above report is that individual development is very important
because of the struggle and competition which every scholar has to face. Every single individual
wishes to attain success but for accomplishing this it needs hard work as well as some obligations
which will enable an individual to achieve those success and wins. Self-development and
responsibilities are the main factors which can keep an individual and will also beneficial in overall
development. Responsibilities will make an individual to handle all the things by their own and ethics
signifies to not do anything which harm the society or themselves.
