growth of the students. Not only education but skill and knowledge is equally important as both the aspects
will help an individual to grow and work on its future plans.
Strength is defined as the powers and capabilities of an individual in the area of its expertise. In my
academy, I used to participate in the various activities organized by the institution as I m quite a fast
learner and I consider it my strength to understand the things quickly. It is said that for improving the
communication, it is important to listen to others. During the workshop, I focused on listening to the tutors.
This helped me to perform before people and develop trust in me. If any person has strength, it also has
weakness in some way. I realized that not only learning is important but to communicate with other people
in also necessary, and I evaluated that I m bad at communicating with people and it can be a problem for
me in the future. When I accepted that communication is important, I focused on improving my
communication skills which will help me to make relation with the other members and contribution in the
organization. Social awareness and responsibility includes the awareness and understanding the
connection among the people. A person who is socially aware contributes positively towards the
environment. During the workshop, I realized that in order to make my skills more fruitful, it is important for
me to develop my communication skills where I lack and I started focusing on working on my
communication skills which quite helped me to exchange my views among the other individuals. It also
helped me to develop my learning skills broadly and gave me more strength to cope up with my
weaknesses. The activities conducted in the workshop helped me to develop and increase awareness
among the people toward the society. The opportunities define the areas where an individual can excel by
using the knowledge and skills we have and from number of opportunities we can opt for those in which
we can grow stronger and improve our knowledge and also to achieve the career goals. During the
workshop, i got the opportunity to present myself and give my views which gave me the opportunity to
develop and build motivation in me. I felt thankful to the tutor who gave me this opportunity to represent
myself so that I can share my views regarding the social awareness. The activities helped me to gain more
knowledge and through this I came to know my strength and weakness and also helped me exploit the
opportunities for my better future. During the workshop activities, due to lack of communication with the
other members can be an issue in achieving the goals and when I got the opportunity to present my views
related to any activity I often felt nervous as the other fellow mates oppose my views or in thought that I m
