Self development can be describe as the way of developing and
enhancing self skills and capability in order to perform task in
better and effective manner. There are different way through which
a person can develop self ability and performance. Communication

 Lack of coordination – Due of lack of coordination between team
member there is lots of confusion created. Lack of coordination
and management skill affect the overall performance and
productivity of an individual.
