INTRODUCTION
Personal Development is basically all about the self improvement. It basically comprises
striking a perfect balance in work life, sharpening the skill of marketable and achieving
heightened self awareness. The present report basically comprises of the reflection on the
performance in the group presentation. In addition to that it comprises of the areas both in the
professional and academic which need to develop further. Moreover, it comprises of the action
plan for the purpose to develop professionally and personally in the future.
MAIN BODY
Reflection on things learnt during the Project
From the presentation, i basically learnt various skills. The one thing which i learnt is
the effective time management skills. I realised that it is very important to give priority to the
most important things. I also learnt that it is very important for me to schedule my tasks in a
timely manner. Scheduling the tasks will help me a lot in achieving my targets on time. I realised
that the study patterns plays a very important role in influencing and creating impact on the
student. I also had a deep understanding that each individual has various tactics to learn
something. From my personal experience, i realised that its very important to take into
consideration the agenda. I believed that it was the most interesting part for me and it helps in
keeping my work in a systematic and proper manner. Through writing everything on a paper, it
made team member distinct what things are being finished and what need to be done for the
purpose to reach the aims(Coeckelbergh, 2022).
In addition to that, self discipline taught me a lot of things which are important for an individual
for successful execution of project. When it comes to group project, it was very important for us
to measure progress in a timely manner so that deficiency could easily be founded and rectified
timely. At each stage of project, i learnt that focus is one of the major key in bringing actual
output. While performing the tasks, i realised that its better to rectify things during on-going
project in order to reduce the chances of the project failure. Constantly i used to line down
important things where i believe i was lacking and where i required improvement. Each project
begins up with setting of objectives that is predate by each and every member of group. From
project, i realised that coordination with my team members is important in order to amend the

skills of communication at same time. The main element basically included that goal setting
helps in keeping up everything on the track. I followed the goal setting concept for the purpose to
achieve my work and targets in a effective manner (Succi and Canovi, 2020).
During the group project, we all as the team members work on cream strategy basis. In reference
to such cream strategy, it basically support effective and active. Through evaluating each and
everything, it helped us in being organized in each and every task what we were doing. I also
saw that each team member in group was highly active in taking lessons. The factor of
Motivation is considered to be very important as the major element in order to achieve success
in any project. In order to ensure good team work, i learnt that there are various things which are
necessary. The most important thing is team members and the coordination among them. It is
considered to be very important in every work and every project we are doing in the entire
project (Cabanas and Illouz, 2019). Also coordination is considered to be very necessary for
having better results. Another element which was important is the Brainstorming exercise which
is essential element in order to boost coordination and increase the effectiveness among the
individuals. Each and every individual found the exercise of brainstorming as unique technique
to generate the ideas which helps in addressing the issue and problems. Through using this, better
learning has been matured among team members and it its generally done to solve the small
group which is designed in order to generate the different ideas for the problem. Also with the
support of these activities, it has divine my group members to bring new ideas and every
individual has put their efforts for the purpose to carry out best solutions to resolve the issues.
Also it is very important for the group members to bring up innovative and better ideas for
achieving better results(Cottrell, 2020).
Areas of Development
After the completion of the project, i realised that i was not able to communicate in a
proper manner owed to my hesitation to talk in front of various individuals. The skills related to
communication is considered to be very important in any group activity and it was basically my
major anemic which i have seen during my work . I also realised that it is very important for me
to work on my communication skills and also improving my English skills at the same time. In
2
