Introduction
Achievement or accomplishment of an aim is known as success. This assignment
mainly focuses on self development for success and its responsibilities. It focuses on
achievement of relevant knowledge regarding self development that would be
followed in this content. New information has been presented in the study and its use
is also focused in the study. Further development on professional and academic
areas has been shown in this content. Skills of communication will be demonstrated
regarding application in professional and academic contexts. Thus global awareness
in respect to employment and higher education is also demonstrated in this
assignment.

Q1 Learning outcome
In this assignment I have gained many ideas and steps for attaining success.
Through the viewpoint of presentation I have learned that through setting up goals
gives achievement and helps to perform positively. This idea influences to give a
better performance while completing task and thus helps in boosting students or
individuals’ self-esteem. Influenced from the viewpoint of Seidman (2019:22), I have
acknowledged that motivation has a good impact to attain success.
While motivating others, it increases an individual’s energy level and also determines
them to attain goal. As said by Bridgstock and Cunningham (2016:10), motivating
helps people to learn better and increase their personal interest. Motivating others
encourages individuals on focusing their activities and attains success. Motivation
determines specific goals and helps in increasing the interest to complete the goals. I
have also gained that through giving daily efforts on task or activities that individuals
are doing helps to attain a greater success to professionals. Thus it increases
learning time period and also a better academic outcome.

Q2 New information that has been presented
In context of this presentation, I have found smart studies as new information. It has
been implicated to help in both professional and academic studies. The new
information I have seen or presented in the assignment is with the help of Smart
studies professional or individual in their academic retains a large amount of
information helps them to learn quickly. Smart study skills give the ability to learn and
gain knowledge to individuals. In respect to academic context it helps in getting
knowledge and ideas from different ways and increase learning power.
As influenced by Jackson (2015:350), a smart studies decrease time consuming and
also reduce stress, thus increases efficiency in academics and produces optimal
results. In case of smart studies I evidenced from the presentation that smart studies
increases the flexibility of learning. Use of different forms of media it helps in gaining
information’s and increases the efficiency in academics. It is a better place of growth
as in today’s generation E-learning has been more effective and so smart studies is
a trending way of getting success. Influenced by Nabi et al. (2017:277), the time
management concept is much necessary for student to become more effective and
productive in their workplace. Through fixing target goals can be achieved within a
small period of time. It reduces stress level and provides focus on tasks. This new
information helps individuals in not wasting time and attains success.
Q3 Interesting part
As per my viewpoint, success is to achieve goals in a given time period. It has
positiveness and benefits that helps in achieving goals. Success gives individual
more determination and increases the efficiency. Influenced from the viewpoint of
Morrison (2019:55), thus it motivates individuals in their activity and increases
efficiency. While from my viewpoint the interesting part in the presentation that
focused me is attaining success actually changes in relationship. Gaining success
sometimes changes a relationship with others subsiding within lower levels. It
creates negative consequences towards academic context. It increases the
frustration level of individuals. As every want needs success in their lives so to have
it individuals have a anxiety that whether they can be able to maintain the winning
streak. Thus this leads to a increase in fear and decreases the relationship bond
between others that mainly results in losing a good bond with others.

Q4 Use of new information
The new information is smart studies and time management factor. Smart studies
will be used by me through applying the new digital technology and with help of
internet. Smart study will help in increasing the effective learning technique and thus
will make work very easy. This technology helps in providing all necessary
information and knowledge about academic and professional context. Thus by this
practice I can be benefited in gaining focus on doing the work and increase of self-
esteem.
Through smart studies I can be benefited by interacting with different modules,
presentation and videos. It can give a better and traditional way to provide
information and do the work. On the other hand, from time management factor I can
be benefited from doing less work. As through time management factor goals can be
attained in fewer efforts. As influenced by Lilley (2015:10), creating a time on specific
goals can benefit me in focusing on the specific task and complete it within less time
period. It will benefit me in creating of more opportunities. As from time management
factor the work being done will be done in specific time period and thus it will create
opportunities.
Q5 Limitations in the assignment
In the presentation, the most confusing part that I have acknowledged is constant
progress in success. Thus in success there cannot be a constant progress. Various
objections while achieving success affects the performance that leads to decreasing
the progress. As influenced by Davidoff (2015:228), there are various competitors in
market were each and everyone needs or tries to gain success. As this is a tough
performance and for this everyone cannot have a constant progress of success. In
order to reduce these constraints, few factor such as (constant progress, relationship
changes, no personal space for oneself and less independent).
In constant progress I have to firstly, focus on my goals to achieve it and it can help
me in doing the work. Through recording my major work and measuring those can
help me achieving the goal and hence it will create a constant progress. On the other
hand, in attaining success the most confusing part that confused me is relationship
changes. In attaining success frequent communication with individuals and
hierarchies can be maintained. Another important point is in this process there is no

time for oneself. Individuals are focused on better academics results and less
independent.

Academic and professional areas that need to be further developed
In context to academic individuals, there are few areas for further development to
attain success. To be more effective and learning in the case of academic one
should form a structured plan for achieving goals that helps in further self
development. This technique can help professionals to note out the important point
and make a note of them. And in future whenever required they can remember the
point by looking on the note. Further creating a rough schedule helps in developing
or achieving success in small time. Making of schedule, plans all the activities so that
it can be achieved by priority wise within a small period of time. Another most
important area is one must be organized in their respective work.

Using reminder or creating notes helps in preparing the task in a organized way. It
helps in giving a effective learning thus also increases the flexibility of learning.

that helps them to increase their knowledge power and solves the queries. This
concept helps in solving the queries that develops a better understanding and helps
in gaining success. Other important area for attaining success that needs to be
developed is by staying focused. This needs to be developed as while performing
any activity or academic work one needs to focus on the task.
Influenced by Netolicky (2019:66), doing the work properly gives a better self
development and increases the effectiveness of individuals. Because of being
focused they can do the work properly and complete the respective work within a
small period of time. As influenced by Holgaard (2016:3479), thus this creates
positivity and improves the learning aspects of the work. Lastly, a important area that
also needs to be develop while achieving success is Self challenging. Taking one
step further and challenge yourself helps to see the effectiveness applied in the

Few actions that have been mentioned above that can be taken in concern to attain
success. Through setting up goal plan there can be increase of self development
and achievement of success. It actually helps in increasing the effectiveness of
learning and also creates flexibility. Influenced by Noe et al. (2017:53), in addition,
focusing on given work and considering its aspects on sole purpose can yield better
results. Having a goal helps in completing the work within a short period of time and
also paying more attention helps to make the work more productive and effective.
Flexibility in learning helps to get a better environment in workspace and thus makes
in achieving a good quality of work.
As influenced by Parrish, (2015:821), giving more time on and being focused needs
to be done with respect to attaining success. On other hand, to reduce issue in
limited personal space, one should share ideas with others and which would help
them to eliminate the communication gap and give a better understanding between
individuals and thus fulfils communication gap. Flexibility in working behaviour needs
to a big measure taken for better personal space. Through having a soothing
behaviour and sustaining elimination of smaller conflicts in work, one can also
reduce issues of personal space. Influenced by Greenberg et al. (2017:13), thus a
polite behaviour with others helps in giving a better mutual understanding and fulfils
the gap.
However, for reducing workload one should discuss problems with others and try to
solve the issues. This will help in giving them a better understanding and would help
solve their respective issues and reduce workload. Through using latest technologies
and internet facilities, helps to gain various knowledge and ideas to reduce workload
and increases the effectivity level of individuals. This concept helps to gain

increasing their self development and responsibilities with context to professional

Conclusion
The assignment thus concludes that to attain success and self development in
context to academic and professional various skills are required. Smart studies and
time management have been concluded that this information’s mainly helps to
increase the success skill for self development. This technique helps in creating a
effectiveness to individuals and helps in increasing the success. Use of different
