INTRODUCTION
A learning journey is defined as set of essential pieces of information that provided
benefits to individual for long time. It is important to undertake study at any stage of life because
it provides greater understanding and knowledge about new concepts, practices and actions.
They utilized comprehending to obtain key advantages whether it is related to academic or
professional career. My past studies are related to specific academic subject and that is
baccalaureate diploma, which falls under the category of educational courses or experiences that
is broad, manage and effective.
TASK
1- Knowledge and understanding
Self directed learning to refer to procedure where students may take initiatives or primary
accountability to develop effective plan, continue and evaluate their learning experiences in
appropriate manner (Li and et.al., 2021). This process may drive the attention of each leaner
toward conducting varied activities after considering the key components as ideas and concepts
of self directed learning and these are;
Assess task-
According to this idea, I would need to assess the task that I attempt to complete in
effective manner. It provides appropriate understanding to me about what I need to find in term
of information. Assessing task is important for my studies in varied manners such as permitting
finding out the sources from where info about task accessible.
Evaluate own strengths and weaknesses-
Another concept of self directed learning is current one, according to which I need to
evaluate my power and weakness that put negative impact on my performance and further study
in negative manner.
Plan appropriate method-
It is important to develop plan or schedule which drive my attention toward conducting
self learning activities effectively. It is important for my studies in form of increasing speed and
performance to obtain high scores.

I want to engage myself in learning procedures by following schedule appropriately,
which is essential in term of completing daily task on time.

The best way to develop self learning skills and obtain their benefits is monitoring and

etc.
These two elements are important in the context of finding things out for myself, because
research drive my attention toward collecting useful and supportive data that I will utilize to

prepare a report with relevant content and evidences. It plays significant role in discovering new
terms and theories and enable me to make assure that I would use current data in the best
possible manner. Along with that reading is as essential as research, because it gives me power to
read and comprehend data about a topic for which I would take initiatives to accomplish that. It
can be said that reading provide several benefits readers or learners, such as it may help to
increase brain connectivity, vocabulary and empower empathize with other individuals. By
reading many concepts, articles and books I would find the information that enable me to achieve
my aim and objective whether it is related to person or professional career. When in try to find
new things for myself, researching help a lot and play important role in career growth. It permits

I would assure that I invest time in researching and reading to gain high scores in term of

It is quite important for me to structure my presentation and communicate ideas that I
have selected in regard to self directed learning, because it makes me able to present my work
with the help of advanced technologies that saves time and effort as well. It can be said that
effective communication play important role to make my ideas more creative and useful as it
enables me to share the same thing and get data about conducting practices of self learning. It
matters a lot for my academic as well as employment career progress. By structuring
presentation in appropriate manner, I would take approach to save my time, which is not possible
for me to do so while considering and using traditional method of presentation such as word of
mouth.
I will make assure that I have present and structure my work according to needed
marketing criteria, in term of taking tutors reviews who are capable to provide their comments
and information where change need to be done further. Furthermore, I would take action to
consider the scores given by the teachers, which make effective to ensure where improvements
are required to meet the expectations and marketing standards of tutors.

In order to present and effectively structure my work I would take support from
experience holders such as teachers, as they might help me to achieve set short or long term aims
while teaching in the university. They are capable to do so because of having greater
understanding and knowledge as well as teaching skills that play essential role to make them the
best supporter and helper in the field of education where students tend to conduct several
activities for purpose of achieving high scores.

From above analysis, it has been concluded that reading and researching skills has
contributed to enhanced the knowledge level of individual students. It has made them capable to
get high scores or rank in education organization and beat other learners. Furthermore, it has
been identified that by overcome the key challenges of self directed learning, they have
improved their performance level and developed understanding about varied academic concept
or models. By making presentation presentable, students has build great image in class room
where others are also working harder than each other. Moreover, by developing schedule and
dividing work according to daily activities, they have obtained unexpected outcomes. It has
enhanced the performance and mind creativity.
