1SELF-EFFICACYAbstractThe paper reflects on the concept of self –efficacy that is defined as the term that generallyrefers to the belief of an individual by illustrating their capacity, ability for accomplishing thetask while dealing with various challenges of life. The main aim of the paper is to focus on theimportance of self-efficacy in terms of various fields like IT, nursing, sports, rock climbing andmore. In this paper, numbers of journal articles are generally reviewed in order to reflect thesignificance of self-efficacy in different organization by comparing research questions,motivation of the researchers and the type of research conducted. It is analyzed from the paperthat effective as well as proper sense of self-efficacy is generally gained by maximizing differenttypes of experiences.
