have engrossed determinations on improving self-esteem. Indeed it is exemplified that high self-
esteem tends to cause various positive results and benefits. Self-esteem refers to an individual’s
independent assessment of his or her worth as a person. An individual with a high self–esteem
envisages him or herself praiseworthy though does not inevitably contemplate him or herself

person’s level of self-esteem has significances for the well-being and accomplishment in
