4.1 Solutions to work-based problems
There is an effective problem-solving process:
 Transparent communication: Problem solving requires
clear communication so that everybody's views can be
expressed and accountability can be enforced and a solution
can be reached.
Open minded people: Unnecessary chaos is created by
close minded people so that their inefficiencies can never be
exposed (Cheung and Hew, 2015). Open minded tackle
problems and drive innovation and business effectively.
