INTRODUCTION The present research report focuses on self health assessment of a patient named Milliewho is suffering from different type of issues such as discomfort, pain in legs and joints,headache due to intake of medicines and constipation. Furthermore, the scholar has selected oneparticular issue, carried out its critical assessment and has provided recommendations toovercome from that issue. PART 1Assessment according to Functional Health PatternClient ProfitMillie is 85 years old and have issues related to health. It includesdiscomfort on her back, deafness, swellings on their joints and knees,she has a broken leg which is operated with rod and wire. Her legpains a lot and to reduce the pain she takes meditations. Regularmedications has caused her constipation. Further, she has deafnessand memory problem.Treatments/Medications(a) Voltaren: When ever she feels pain.
