I have been performing in my role by accomplishing the delegated roles & responsibilities. This has
allowed me to get the precise evaluation of my performance by getting the appropriate concern for the related
policy and procedure. On the basis of the conducted evaluation it can be mentioned that there are certain
performance matrices so that identifying my prevailing strengthen & lacking areas has become possible. This
has given me the opportunity of have ability meet my targets. On the basis of the evaluation it can be articulated
that I have excellent leadership approach which is permitting me to meet the objective of having proper
analysing of marketing & sales budget so that corrective execution of courses can become possible. For this
purpose I have given emphasis on having proper level of assessment of leadership skill in turn deriving the
desirable results has become possible.
In self assessment the other matrices which are taken into the practice is communication and staff
management skill which play important role in having the better ability to conduct my job role. In order to make
certain improvement it becomes crucial for me to emphasise on having better structure for planning the activities
in turn meeting the objectives in effective manner can become possible. For becoming the successful by
performing the particular job role in effectual patter it is crucial to possess staff management in excellent manner
so that having reliable optimum utilisation of resources can become possible. For having higher conversion lead
& effective level of results it is important to give focus on communicating precisely & effectively. This shows
that I have good communication skill which can be improved for making it excellent. The main reason behind
this is to possess appropriate approach to meet the outcomes as marketing manager in effective pattern. This is
helpful for me to have higher performance which is allowing to derive the competitive edge. On the basis of
this, it can be articulated that technological skills of me is average. In the present time for deriving such
appropriate aspects it is important to give emphasis on having the corrective level of technological skills so that
greater approach to increase the performance can become possible. It can provide assistance in deriving better
knowledge of technological skills so that higher attaining of deadlines in short duration can become possible.
