me during the academic session that are related to my personal and professional growth and
development.
Description of the experience: There are various projects and Project are allotted to me with
various other members that improve the skill of leadership and teamwork (Bandaranaike, 2018).
I have taken initiative teamwork to allocate work among all team members according to their
skills, interest and professional are so they can perform it properly as well as I have led team to
attain determined goals and objectives. I have taken online courses and communicate with my
classmates and teachers on regular bases. I am good in both oral and written communication that
help me to convey my ideas, opinions and thoughts to others in understandable manner (Ebil,
Salleh, and Shahrill, 2020). I have learnt various personal and professional skills that enables me
to perform my personal and academic work on time with greater efficiency and effectiveness. I
have developed appropriate schedule and time table for the purpose of managing my efforts and
work according to time that enables me to complete my work on determined time period.
