1SELF REFLECTION BLOGReproductive as well as sexual health refers to the state of physical, mental and also social well-being related to sexuality and not merely the absence of any kind of diseases and infirmity. Almatters related to reproductive system, its functions and processes across all stages of life are notoften learnt by every individual equally. While one might develop detailed idea, other maydevelop wrong ideas with varieties of misconceptions that decrease quality sexual andreproductive health. Each and every individual has the right to assess quality sexual health whichrequires a positive and respectful approach to sexuality a well as different sexual relationshipswith the possibility of having pleasurable and safe sexual experiences. These experiences wouldbe free from coercion, violence as well as discrimination.I would be applying as a health promotion officer with the organization named True to educateAustralian communities about the importance of proper reproductive and sexual healthcare. Iwould be developing a comprehensive health promotion approach which will mainly containsome important motives. This will include educating patients about how sexual diseases can beprevented, how to promote sexual and reproductive health and also early intervention fordifferent reproductive and sexual disorders (Eldredge et al. 2016). A focus on development ofhealthy would be the main focus along with proper acknowledgement of diversity andrecognition of all patients in the communities’ irrespective of age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, identity, financial means, disability, locality and also other status (Chandramouli, Laneand Wong 2015).Often certain barriers I might face in my task which is evident from the present scenario in thenation. Since I am a woman officer, I might not be able to make the male population comfortablewhile discussing their issues in the counseling session of the health education and inquirysystem. Many male members may not confide on me in discussing their reproductive disorders
