MAIN BODY Self-reflection I have experienced the number of feelings and parameters while making the presentation. This experience has cleared my vision in relation of more practices that I have to adopt in order to enhance my presentation ability. The presentation was related to the making of chocolate trophy. In order to analyse self-reflection I am using the Gibb's reflective model. This model is parted into main six stage that is consists of Description, feelings, Evaluation, Analysis, conclusion and action plan (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020).Here it starts with the description stage where I will describe about the scenario of presentation. The presentation was about the making of chocolate trophy. I watched it at my home. I was the only person who was involved in the video. I wanted to see the video in order to know the positive and negative aspects in me. The outcome of this activity is making me enable in doing and analyse my self- assessment. I have experienced the numerous feelings. When I was watching my presentation I felt proud on me and this has made me emotional as well. At the time of making presentation, I was nervous, I thought I could not do it. But, I divided the whole task in different parts and made my presentation. Therefore, when I was watching it, I found that I had an effective starting in which I share about the information related to the chocolate trophy and the making of it. At that time, it was clearly visible that, I have parted my task in different parts and I was explaining it one by one. So, the presentation can become more effective. I have further found that, initially I was nervous in making the communication. But, after some time my communication became effective. It was due to lose of fear in front of the camera. During that situation I has a thought that, I cannot do it in effective manner. However, when I saw the presentation, my thoughts was changed and the confidence in me has boost up. Now, I felt that, I can do everything if I put my all efforts. Furthermore, I was feeling that “what the person will think about me who is making the video”. The feeling related to nervousness, less confidence and fear was concerned with me. But for now, I am happy that I have overcome all those things and made my presentation effective. I need to learn more things in order to make more presentation in future such as, focusing on non-verbal communication. It is concerned with the making of effective eye contact and expressions.
As I have found that in presentation my vocabulary was effective but, my eye contact and facial expression was not enough effective. And this plays an important role. Therefore, I need to make focus over this. Here coming to the next stage of the Gibb's reflective model and that is evaluation.Thisstagehasenabledmeinorderto knowmy goodandbad experience. Furthermore, it determines the positive and negative aspects. The place that was chosen for making the presentation was adding the glory in the presentation. The experience that I had while making and watching the presentation resulted in giving me the positive and negative experience. The positive experience has motivated me while the negative experience has demotivated me. It is important to learn from the negative experience as well. As it leads to the growth. The negative experience involves the less effective non-verbal communication in the presentation. Furthermore, the sound was not reachable in organised manner. This was due to the technical error. But, I have realised that, there are certain circumstances that can lead to the negative experience and sometimes it is not in our hand. The only thing that can be done by me is that, keeping my attitude positive after having the negative experience as well. And focusing on the future learning so, these negative experience cannot be repeated. On the other hand the positive experience was related to the systematic working. In presentation everything was looking in systematic manner. The code of dress, the place, the resources and so on. Afterwards, I have made analysation on the things that went well and those that do not. And the major errors has been found by me in relation of the negative experience as well. Many things such as my vocabulary in the presentation, the scenario of the presentation and my knowledge skill related to the making of chocolate trophy went good. This was due to the systematic planning. I have done practice for it many times. Also, my code of dress was making my presentation more effective as it was decided by me earlier. So, I got the knowledge that, making plans before the implementation of the actual work leads to have the good experience. Coming to the negative experience, I have the less effective interaction with the camera and therefore, it was looking like I have the less confidence. And this has happened because, I did not made enough practice in front of the camera. The practice is an important element in making the presentation more effective. Furthermore, I did not check that there is chance of technical error as well. Therefore, the quality of sound was not highly effective. This clearly states that, it is important to plan everything in systematic manner so, the implementation can be done in effective manner.

The final conclusion that has been made by me after watching my own presentation and analysing the positive and negative experience are that, I have lose my fear and created the confidence in me. Also, I need to make more focus over making the plans before implementing it. As in my presentation I was describing everything correctly. But, my eye contact and facial expression was not good enough. Therefore, I have to put a keen focus over this. So, I can change such negative experience into positive experience. Now, I am feeling that it was such a minor error that leads to the negative experience. I could have made it positive if more of the practice has been done by me. Now, I will provide my focus on the future learning and I will make sure, that next time I will keep all these things in mind. So it can lead to the positive experience and further enhance my over-all communication as well. I have made the action plan in order to make my future presentation more effective. So, the mistakes that has been done by me during this presentation won't be happened in the future. I will make proper plans in relation of goal and then implement it. Also, I will do practice in front of the camera so, I can improve my non-verbal form of communication as well. Also, I will check the complete resources that are mandatory in the making of presentation. As the less effectiveness in the resources can also lead to create the negative experience. Therefore, it is important to keep the focus over the resources as well so. As a result, everything will be done in systematic manner and leads to make my presentation more effective. Lastly, this reflection has clearedmy vision in relationof the importanceof makingplans. As thisleadsto add effectiveness in the experience.
