INTRODUCTION
There is key role of self-reflection and academic skills in getting right career choice. There
is need of working in an effective manner so that suitable actions can be taken (Sotiriadou and
et.al., 2020). There is evaluation related to important academic and ICT skills that assist a person
to develop. The SWOT analysis is also conducted as it assists in knowing the areas of
improvement and working on them. In the end, there is self-reflection mentioned that helps to
know about the experience and learn from the same.

regarding a topic so that the
same can be critically
evaluated.
4. Grammar It becomes necessary to know
about the grammar so that the
person has good writing skills.

enhance grammar (Brackett and
et.al., 2019). I keep on
checking my grammatical
errors so that the same helps to
develop the same and enhance
the same. Grammar is
necessary to communicate in
writing and communication.
5. Report writing In order to get better marks
there is need of having proper
report writing skills. By
concentrating in classroom and
taking care of the lectures given
by teacher one is able to
enhance report writing. Most of
the work is done effectively if a
person has good report writing
skills. It is important to get
good marks in the projects.

skills to write e-mail. The use of email
writing skills plays a major role in college
and after doing job (Strobl and et.al.,
2019). It becomes necessary to convey the
message in a professional form so that real
success is attained.
3.Microsoft
Office
There is key role of Microsoft office in
today’s time. All the applications such as
work and PowerPoint are important to
carry on the projects and get better
performance. I use them on regular basis
and take help of others whenever I face
problems so that I able to get good marks.
It is also important at the time of getting
job (Zheng, Ward and Stanulis, 2020). The
companies also use the same to do most of
their work.
4.ONLINE
SAFETY
In today’s time, the misuse of technology
is also being done. There is need of saving

own self from the cyber crime. I have
carried on cyber security course that helps
me to enhance the skills. It helps to keep
the data and information safe (Tan and
Laswad, 2018).
5 Social Media

It is necessary to manage the social media
platforms in effective manner. The world
is turning digital and there is need of
having effective presence on social media
platforms so that good networks are there.
2.SWOT Analysis
SWOT analysis is a tool that helps to know about the areas of strengths that are the skills
at which a person is good. The weakness is also known and they help the individuals to take
necessary actions to improvise them. The use of research helps to know about the opportunities
and strengths. There is need of working and gaining first mover advantage of the opportunities
and at the same time the precautions must be taken for the threats.
Strengths
 I am good at using technology and this
helps me to gain dominance. Having
effective ICT skills helps me to carry
on the projects in effective manner and
get good marks in the project.
 Another strength is communication
skills as they help me to build relations
and interact with different people
(Sutherland, 2018). There is need of
effective communication skills in order
to get good job.
Weakness
 I am bad at decision making skills. I
lack the same as I am not sure about the
decisions that I take and sometimes fail
to analyse the situation.
 I lack writing skills and due to this
reason, sometime I take so much time
to correct my projects after feedbacks.
Opportunities
 There is good opportunity present for
those who are good at communication
Threats
 The opportunities present in the market
have reduced due to Covid-19. This is

skills. It will help me to get selected for
a good job in effective manner.
 Having good ICT skills make me to
effective to grab all the opportunities
that are present in market. This
enhances my confidence and I am able
to perform effectively.

also reduces the chances of getting

3.Reflection on the development and learning
Each and every person must have ability to know about themselves. Self-reflection is a tool
that helps to learn from own experience and use the same in development of skill set will be used
in future. A person must be aware about what is happening around them so that there able to
enhance their skins and knowledge (Frey, Fisher and Smith, 2019). The use of skills in an
effective manner is important for the students and their success. Being as student it is important
to critical understand own self and learn at every stage so that better results are attained. There is
need of working of as per the requirement and taking the necessary actions. In order to get good
job and get career direction there is important role of a person and then better results are grabbed.
The Gibb’s cycle of reflection will help to understand the learnings in effective manner. The six
stages help to know about the learning experience and know about the areas that need
improvement.
Description: At the time of studying the module and carrying assessments I was ready to
learn eagerly so that better results. There is need of being attentive and positive at the time of
module. I was ready to learn new things and understand them effectively. There is requirement
of critical thinking skills so that each and every topic is understood from negative as well as
positive aspect. there is need of being attentive and interested in the class so that all the things
are learnt properly and will make a person employment ready. I was also focusing on making
new friends so that they would help me in future as well. My focus was to get a good learning
experience and enhancing all the skills that are important to get a good job.
Feelings: There were mix feelings at the time of studying as the experience was new for me.
In the starting I was worried and concerned about the learning and not having any friends. There
is need of having good networks so that all the work is managed. But afterward my enthusiasm
helped me to make new friends and become positive. The positive feelings help to carry on all

the work in better manner and attain the goals effectively. The internal motivation makes me
active to carry on all the work learning effectively.
Evaluation: It is evaluated that being attentive is important in the classroom. I have good
listening skills that make me learn in effective manner. It is necessary to work in effective
manner and take help of others and gain better results (Rolfe and Freshwater, 2020). The use of
evaluation skills makes the students better learner. The use of communication skills is necessary
so that all the doubts are being cleared on time. The assessments help me to enhance the skills in
better manner and develop at each and every level.
Analysis: It is analysed that, there is need of all the skills to learn in proper manner. Being
part of a class room is necessary and the active students is important. The analysis says that there
is need of ICT skills in today’s time as the work is managed in proper manner. The use of better
communication and written skills is important for the working of the students. There is
requirement of working according to changes in the situation and taking suitable actions. The use
of all the skill such as critical thinking skills, listening skills, understanding skills so that the real
success is attained. By regular activities in the class one is able to enhance all the skills and learn
properly and maintain good working environment. There is need of digital skills as they are
important to get job at this point of time. Academics are very important and must be taken proper
care so that in future there is no problem. I have analysed that there is need of learning Microsoft
office as the software is important and helps to carry on assignments and projects.
Conclusion: It is concluded that there is need of good academic skills in order to complete
the module effectively. There is also requirement of effective employability skills as it helps to
get a good job. I am good at ICT skills and the same assist me to carry on the work in effective
manner and get good marks.
Actions: There is need of working appropriately and being confident so that proper working
is done. The use of effective training and better education is necessary for the achieving high
position in classroom. There is need of taking online classes so that better results are gained.
There is need of improving decision making skills so that all the problems can be solved. There
is need of taking appropriate actions and taking classes so that better results are undertaken.

CONCLUSION
From the above report, there is need of evaluating self-performance so that better results are
gained. The use of various tools such as SWOT Analysis helps to know about the strengths,
weakness, opportunities and threats. The important skills required by a person are also part of
this report. There is evaluation related to self reflection so that the work is carried in proper
manner and all the actions for improvement are taken at right time. This is necessary to know
about self so that better actions can be taken. The use of necessary actions will enhance the
performance.
