Introduction
The concept of the business analysis and planning is related and concerned with the
identifying the collection of tasks that need to be completed to ensure that the business analysis
effort is successful (Palmer, Oswal and Koris, 2021).

The current project is based on the business idea of the coming up with a Semi independent
living with young teenagers. The implication and coming with an independent Living Program is
tend of comprise of the designing of a program that is focused towards the bringing the improve
in the transition into adulthood for teenagers ages 16 to 20 in form of providing of a licensed out-
of-home care.

The current project is basically based within the Borough of the Kent which is basically a

substances use, violence, or not focus over child welfare that directly affects their livings and
presence of mind. To have good knowledge and skills could be opportunity for individuals and
teenagers as they identify their requirement and make decision regarding specific product and

services. Locality development is the way to get people to work together as it is the continuous
process of researching group consensus regarding common concerns and collaborating the
problems. It has seen that 50 people who is planning to live in semi-independent house create a
local authority in urban neighbourhoods, or rural communities that can cooperate the
determining the local issues such as evaluation of job opportunities and bring improvements in
their functions (Schmidt and et.al., 2021). 50 people will receive the semi-independent houses as
it provides centre care for young people, making sure to achieve a better future. It offers
therapeutic crisis intervention residential accommodation that supports teenagers with better
coping mechanism. This can help to manage the all functions and activities effectively that
support to develop the productivity and profitability (Dupuis-Blanchard and et.al., 2019). The
management will formulate the ideas and a structure plan involving by all facilities and activities
that could influence the number of people and supports to accomplish the goals. If there is lack
