Servant Leadership
• When the major goal of the leader is to serve under the
leadership philosophy, it is known as Servant leadership
(Sipe & Frick, 2015).
• There is a huge difference in goal of a traditional leader
and servant leader.
• Under the servant leadership, serving the customer is
given the main priority.
• Any organization under a servant leader performs with
excellence.

American Red Cross
A humanitarian non-profit organization of the United
States, which offers development programs and services
such as disaster preparedness education, emergency
assistance and disaster relief is known as the American
Red Cross (ARC) (Redcross.org, 2019).
The organization is based in Washington, D.C., United
States.
To serve the people, the organization follows various
servant leadership principles.
