modern service providing firms. SPC is an
important tool for subsequent design and
development activities.

When any business provides a service as
well as a product as its practice then it is
known as service product.
The company chosen for explaining SPC
here is Crown Resorts (CR)Australia
(Crown Resorts, 2020).
Thus, key information about the
company is as follows:
CR is one of the biggest
entertainment groups in Australia
and hence making big contribution
to Australian economy as well.
The key functions and services of CR
lies in employment, tourism, training
and CSR activities.
The company is doing good and
providing quality services integrated
resorts sector in Australia.
The service operations of the CR are
well spread in the form of two
leading resorts named as Crown
Perth and Crown Melbourne.

and Crown Melbourne are presented in
the figure.
