Each session for 2 hours.Percentage of Respiratory Patients: All patients have respiratory symptomsAssessment Process: Borgue scale, heart rate, 6 min walk testReferrals: Inpatients referred by physicians at St Vincent’s self referrals and referrals from other Hospitals sicians at St Vincent’s self referrals and referrals from other HospitalsFor Cognitive Impaired Clients: Included if they are able to carry out the program safelySelf Management Education: Educate, encourage and help them to to achieve the goal.
