INTRODUCTION
Women's sexual health issue is defined as the context that is well related to the menstrual
cycle, sex, infection birth control method, aging, medicine or the changes which is well related
with the pregnancy. The men's sexual health issue can range which is based on the issue which is
well related with erection to the sexually transmitted infection to the genital injuries. The sexual
health issue may cause complication and consequence which is related with the patient (Biswas
and et. al., 2018). It is important to take the sexual health issue as an aspect where the sexual
health is a big part of life. It can affect and is affected by the other aspect of the health. It
includes physical, mental, emotional and social health. There being in good sexual health means
that is well informed, careful and respectful to others. In this report, the sexual health issue which
is taken into consideration is well related with the Chlamydia which is defined as the most
common sexual transmitted disease which can cause the infection which is well related with the
men and women both. Therefore, the report covers the background and health promotion
intervention that is specified with policy and the approach which is taken in order to reduce the
complication (Chan and et. al., 2018).

Chlamydia is the most common sexually transmitted disease that may cause the issue among
women and men. It usually shows the aspect which is based on the permanent damage to the
women reproductive system. It shows the challenging aspect for the women to get pregnant after
the disease. Chlamydia which is also causing the issue which is potentially fatal ectopic
pregnancy that provide the aspect which show that the pregnancy usually occur outside the
womb. The chlamydia is generally spread with the context of intercourse which is related with
the vaginal, anal and oral sex with a person who is previously dealing with the issue of
chlamydia. The pregnant person with chlamydia can give the infection to their baby during the
childbirth. There are some of the aspects which is well related in order to reduce the issue or
avoid the STD which is well related with vaginal, anal or oral sex (Comins and et. al., 2020).
Therefore, if the person become sexually active then use of the thing which may lower the
chance which is have shown the risk of chlamydia. With this, the being in a long term mutually
monogamous relationship with the partner is showing the aspect which has been tested and does
not facing the issue which is well related with context to chlamydia. The condom is used during

the sex which may show the aspect which is help to reduce the chance of having the issue of
sexually transmitted disease. The risk of chlamydia is associated with the sexually active person
through the regular sex without unprotected sex through the anal, vaginal and oral sex with the
partner who is already facing the issue which is related with the chlamydia. Sexually active
young people may provide the aspect which is usually higher the risk of getting the illness who is
well related with the issue of chlamydia. It is generally occurring due to the behavior and
biological factor which is most common among the people who is young (Diabaté and et. al.,
2018). The gay and bisexual men are also having a higher risk which is related with chlamydia
which can spread through the oral and anal sex in rapid ways among a homogenous group of
partners. If a person is facing the issue of chlamydia, they must consult with the issue of doctor
and honestly share their complication in order to get proper medical support. In addition, the 25
years and older with the risk factor such as a new or multiple sex partner or the sex partner who
has been sexually transmitted infection. In addition, sexual health promotion is required for the
case which is related with chlamydia where proper intervention is used to minimise the rising
cases of sexual health disease. chlamydia shows their prevalence within the UK which is
reported that there were 242, 386 new diagnosis of chlamydia, 104, 527 and 136, 028 in the
women. The data which is usually reported with the unknown gender is included in the total
calculation. In this, the rate of diagnosis was highest in the 15 to 19 and 20 to 24 years of age
group (Dukers-Muijrers, N., 2021).
The sexually transmitted disease which have a profound impact on the sexual and
reproductive health in the worldwide. In this, more than 1 million sexually transmitted which is
acquired in every day. Therefore, World health organisation estimated that the 374 million of
new infection with one of the four STI which is chlamydia 129 million, gonorrhea 82 million and
syphilis 7.1 and trichomoniasis which is about the 156 million. According to the world health
organisation, chlamydia is become public health issue due to the rise in the issue which is well
related with sexual disease. The prevention for chlamydia correctly and consistently, condom
that offer the most effective method of the protection that is against the STI which include HIV.
Therefore, the condom is well related with the protection which is against the unintended
pregnancy in the mutual consent of the sexual relationship. They have highly effective, condom
do not offer the protection and safeguards for sexually transmitted diseases that cause extra
genital ulcer (Fan and et. al., 2019).
