Prepare a PowerPoint presentation of 6 to 8 slides by identifying previous case histories either in the text provided or from your research.  
 
Include the following points in your presentation: 
Description of the healthcare scenario (e.g. A Nurse is presented with a patient that has refused treatment, but the hospital decided to treat the patient regardless)
Description of the legal considerations (i.e. what are the rights of the patient and  what are the rights of the hospital)
Propose resolutions and your interpretation of the expected conclusion (i.e. how was the case litigated and what your views are)

Add points within the speaker notes section of your PowerPoint that supports the presentation.
