The supply of water has been channelized by new engineering designs in thesociety. The delivery of products has been nurtured in the country that has to be resolved. Anengineer in an organization helps in providing excellent work for the development of theorganization and country. There are many complaints regarding the financial crisis and inabilityto work with project managers in the organizations.Short writing task 3An expert is a person who have knowledge about a particular field and have expertisethat in the life. There are various experts in various fields including leaders, businessman,education and scientists. Nelson Mandela was a great leader and politician in South Africa. Ittakes around ten years to be an expert in a particular field. They used to have a hard practice oftheir field and become an expert. An expertise requires a deep knowledge of that field andhaving many years of practicing. There are certain evidence of having talent and skill by birth.
On other hand, becoming an expert requires a pure devotion towards work in their particularfield. They used to have higher level of performance in both performance and skills.Short writing task 4Motivation and training is essential for gathering knowledge and enhance my skills in mystudies. All the quality standards must be ensured properly for whichthe line manager and the manager of upper level should come in work. The listening ability of an engineer helps in becoming anexpert by grabbing knowledge. that is followed by me is to do a particular work in advance so that the work can be completedbefore the expected time. However, this does not work all the time which makes the worstbehavior in managing the time.
