Methodology
The study included collection of data qualitative semi
structured interviews. Some of the factors hat were
considered while collection for the data:
Total 12 SI-E women from UAE were identified
Snowball sampling techniques
Selection for variation and reflection to ranges
Individual semi structured interviews
Cross cultural management research
The interviews were recorded among 70-130 mins .
Larger research study focused on perceptions and
experiences
Work culture, values and attitudes are some of the major
factors.
