The significance of the physical exercise is considerably high for the modern people.
The concept of physical exercise is pretty basic and easy to understand. According to the
comments of de Labra et al. (2015), the physical exercise is recognized as the movement of
the body that enhances the functionality of the muscles and burns calories which is much
required to maintain body fitness and to keep the excessive body fats away. With a close look
at the speed of life style in the modern generation, the formation of the body stress, fatigue
and the decline of the metal health are pretty prominent. Considering the professional
context, it is evident that the professionals are associated with an intense level of competition
and that contributes to the increment of speed and intensity in their life style. With effects of
globalization and the impact of the technology, it is evident that the individuals are facing the
necessity of aligning themselves with fast and speedy professional life. In such situation, the
professionals have the tendency of getting affected by the mental stress in substantial manner.
Along with that, the presence of the body fatigue and job frustration out of the speedy
life style are prominent. Paillard, Rolland and de Souto Barreto (2015), mentioned that the
excessively busy life style of the modern professionals has the potential of affecting the
physical and mental health in such manner that it leads to the formation of the anxiety and
depression. According to van Waart et al. (2015), the most suitable form of intervention for
resolving the challenge is the physical exercises. The modern professionals have certainly
understood the necessity of the same and that is prominent with the increasing opening of the
fitness studios, gyms, fitness centres and yoga centres. The study is precisely focused towards
the evaluation of the positive contribution of the physical exercise towards the psychological
wellbeing of the people. Along with that, the study assesses the methods in which the

the physical exercise in resolving the challenges.
Concept:
As mentioned earlier, the physical exercise is regarded as the movement of the body
parts which contributes to the better functionality of the muscles and enhances the strength of
the muscles. At the same time, the physical exercises play a crucial role in the burning out the
calories which contributes to the efficient reduction of the excess body fat and at the same
time, it enhances the quality of the body mobility. A more professional definition of the
physical exercise is shared by Zampieri et al. (2015), with the claim that any sort of body
movement from the part of the skeletal muscles which requires a certain amount of
expenditure of energy, is termed as physical activity. According to the comments of Ambrose
and Golightly (2015), the physical exercise is a set of activities which are repetitive,
structured and planned for achieving better body conditioning. As per the esteemed opinion
