In workshop 5, I realized that brainstorming is an excellent process through which multiple ideas
can be generated at first and then the most appropriate ones can be chosen to achieve success.
Inspiration for the ideal design can be achieved at any given point of time.
Thoughts and Feelings AFTER the activity:
The designer must always be on a look out for the best practices in the industry and reach the
core of the problem with the team. Varied activities were specified in the workshop that can be
taken up by a team to come up with ideas that would be desirable and creative enough. The list of
tools given to carve out the ideal design were very informative in their own manner.
What can you learn from this activity?
I learnt that experimentation is the key to success. It is important to test the various methods to
understand the one that would work the best and offer the most comfort to work with.
What can you do to develop yourself further in the context of this activity?
The samples given helped in further improving my understanding of brainstorming and the best
ways through which the results can be achieved at the end of the day. I used the different
methods to analyze the one that would work the best for me.
