Explaining the services available at Armidale NSW 2350 for the young people who are aging between 14-21 years Armidale is seen as the health Centre located at hospital campus that offers wide range of the community based services. It is the centre that offers range of healthcare services to community on the basis of their health. The services that is available in the Armidale NSW includes Aboriginal Health care services specialised in mental health, sexual health, promotion and the health education. It facilitates extended and the ongoing care services which involves footclinic,podiatryservices,programrelatingtotransitionalagedcare,clinical Neuropsychologist (Barrett-Lennard,2017). Moreover, under this it also provides support for the Dementia worker, education regarding Diabetes, Consultancy services in relation to Dietitian, Respiratory & cardiac rehabilitation etc. Armidale facilitates general services like wound care, continence care, medication related support, nursing care in home and the general reviewing of the health conditions. The centre focuses on serving specialised kind of nursing services that includes Nurse practitioner with regards to diabetes, for aged care they it offers transitional Nurse as a practitioner, Consultant of Clinical Nurse in respect of continence, Dementia, Respiratory etc.Furthermore, in context of nursing services it also provide for palliative care, women's health and specialised management of wound. Under its family and the youth services there are many services which is been facilitated by the hospital. This involves audiometry within which hearing assessments for all kinds of the ages is provided. The common factors which acts the reason of causing such issue includes family dysfunction, geographical isolation, use of alcohol and an effect of the bullying. The factors like loss & grief, adjusting to the life in an aged care facilities, social isolation were counted as the factors that are contributing to high level of needs of young people (Douglas and et.al., 2019). With respect to suicide prevention requirement, rate of the hospitalisation because of an intentional harm to self were deemed as more in age of 15-25 year of the age group in comparison to the other ages. Hospitalisation that results from an intentional harm to oneself for an aboriginal people is the NSW were seen as more and more higher than for the non-indigenous people. Needs in relation to the suicide were been perceived as very high particularly in the rural areas with the social isolation as a significant or important contributing factor. Suicide related with needs of the young people ageing between 12-25 were determined as very high. The needs for such group were been attached with bullying at the school and by way of the social media sites. Lack of services and the approaches regarding an early intervention was been identified as the higher service need specially for the young people. Particular intervention services like early psychosis was determined as the specific need. Moreover, it has been analysed that in the year 2015, mental disorders were depicted as more prevalent in the young males as 16.3% than in females as 11.5%. The most common type of the mental disorder that has been experienced by the young Australians stated as ADHD of percentage value equating to 7.4%that is followed by an anxiety disorders of around 6.9%, depressive disorder of approx 2.8% and in conducting disorder or 2.1% . Younger people or youth aged between 12-25 years reported as the group of population commonly experiencing a suicidal ideation or in completing the suicide (Douglas and et.al., 2020). Factor regarding to which higher proportion of the people has agreed in contributing to the suicide involving a poor understanding and prevalence about 83%, alcohol and the use of drugs around 82% and due to the family breakdown of 76%. Thus, from the assessment it has ben concluded that the young people are facing the issues with reference to suicide, mental illness and service needs as being homeless.
