Student Assessment Tasks

This assessment is to be completed after reviewing resources from
Topic 2 – Principles of Nutrition
Students are required to address ALL questions in this assessment task to be deemed as

satisfactory

Students are to review each of the 3 case studies and answer the corresponding questions in line with

the healthy eating guidelines and the scope of practice of the fitness professional.

Usually a high protein breakfast at about 7am including 2 egg

and a handful of brown rice

about eating foods to help bulk up and improve how he feels
