Marketing plan is very important to develop a business. Bronze Snake is a small business
which is located in Melbourne, Australia. It was founded in year 2006 by David Strangis and
Anthony Sacco. Company operates the business in a Retail trade industry that sells clothing and
other accessories (Bronze Snake, 2019). Bronze Snake sells the products through online
market and in local area. They sell different styles of clothes and accessories to attract the
consumers. Company has six stores around Australia.
Situation Analysis
As the name suggests, Situation Analysis means analyze the situation of business before
developing the marketing plan. This analysis is very beneficial for determine the condition of
your business. Situation analysis includes PESTLE analysis, Competitive analysis and SWOT
analysis. (Satterfield, 2014)
PESTLE Analysis
PESTLE Analysis is a technique to analyze the macro environmental aspects which effect
the organization or business. PESTLE Analysis involves political, economic, social,
technological, environmental and legal aspects. (Miller, Vandome, & McBrewst, 2011)
Political Factors
The government of Australia is stable which is good for Bronze Snake because stability
of government increase the productivity of small businesses.
Economic Factors
Australian GDP Growth Rate has seen a growth of approximately 0.85 percent during
2019 (in comparison to1959) which is good for consumers as well as business. This allows
consumers to purchase as they want, which is beneficial for B2C organizations such as Bronze
Snake.
