skill
• Team work skill is highly mandatory and therefore, I will take certain
actions in regards to developing teamwork skill.
• I will develop this skill within creating positive mind-set so, in can be
able to understand the issues of the team members and try to motivate
them.
• Along with this, I will make coordination with the team members so the
team unity can be promoted by me.
• I will focus of analysing the interest and preference of team members and
on the basis of that I will allocate them roles and responsibilities.

CONCLUSION
 It is being concluded that, skill development is highly mandatory in order to grow students from all aspects.
