INTRODUCTION Development of skills refers to a process which helps to identify gap exist among skills in an individual for getting training and other benefits related to skills. It is one of important process for a person in order to enhance professional network, communicate in effective manner, negotiation and other things (Bennett-Levy, 2019). It is also important in order to build professional network and also for developing good career opportunities. This project report consists evaluation and analysation of various skills and learning development. It also identifies skill gap in an individual for further learning and development. Additionally, it includes action taken by a person for fil these skill gaps. MAIN BODY TASK 1 It is important for a person to develop different learning and skills for solving problem occur at business. It is important for solving client’s problem and also allow different team members to work together. It is lasso important for handling the situation in effective manner in professional life. It also determines operation at workplace in efficient manner. Skill development Skill are essential for a person in order to develop different solution. It is important for purpose of developing skills, competencies and capability that allow them to complete a project, on basis of these skill, a person is able to get support of team, provide them guide and also motivate them to work in effective manner. Some of these skills developed by me are mentioned below: Communication skills:Communication skill helps to share ideas, opinion, views from one person to another person. It is important in order to understand problem face by team members in order to complete a work (Brown, 2018). At time of working over a project, I need to communicate with team members for which we organised meetings, conferences in order to understand roles and responsibility of each member. Leadership skills: Leadership refers to a process to create influence over action of others. It was developed by me while working over a project as I lead the whole team. Also, I motivate team members and provide them guidance about how to carry out a task in less time. On basis of this skill, it is easier for me to complete the work and attaining project goals. 1

Team working skills:Team working skills can be described as process that allow people to work in a group for attainment of goals. It is considered as an important part of business and also helps a person for purpose of working together. I also have developed team working skills that allow me to work on basis of mutual efforts. Problem solving skills:I also have developed problem solving skills during completion of this project as there is different problem occur related to project (McGreevy-Nichols and Dooling- Cain, 2022). I solve all these problem on basis of my ability. I also provide solution to problem of client in this project. There are also different types of innovative solution developed by a person and on basis of effective solution to be selected by me. What you know new about a process? By completing the project, I have developed new learning, knowledge, capabilities, expiree and skills that these are important for a person for their future career. Before working over this project, I do not have much knowledge about problem faced by business of client. I am also unaware about decision to be taken and how can they take competitive advantage in business. With working over this project, I have gained knowledge about project and also have developed skills. On basis of these, I have also boost my confidence and also gain understanding of different component of project. Improvement in level of confidence Development of skill also allow me to improve my level of confidence for doing a work. On basis of this skill, I will be able to accept various challenges occur in life and also can complete a work with attainment of goals and objectives (Parker and McMillan, 2020). Project completion also allow me to interact different types of people who work with me in team, share my ideas with them, represent ideas, communicate and all these activities are contributing for development of skills. It also provides me success in life and also for attaining goals. Use of learning in future There are different things I have learned while completing the project like skills, competencies and capabilities. All these are contributing to make me efficient and skills and also offer competitive advantage to me. I also have developed problem solving, leadership sills, team working skills. These skills are required by me to boost confidence level and allow me to work in 2
effective manner. On basis of it, I can also get different opportunity in future period of me by develop creative and innovation solution. Conflict management skills:Conflict management is one of important skill that allow a person to solve conflict at workplace. Time management skills:It is one of process for managing time in effective manner in order to complete right activity at right time. It is also important for them to develop skills like leadership, problem solving skills, time management skills and other skills.
