INTRODUCTION 100 Development of skill can be considered as process which assise to identify sill gap in a person and allow them to develop these skills. On basis of it, it is easier for a person to execute their planning and also attain their goals (Brown, 2018). It is also an integral part of life of an employee as on basis of it, they can improve their capabilities and competencies. On basis of it, it is easier for them to get growth and success in their professional life. This project report includes analysation of different type of skill and development opportunity with an aim of identifying skill gap for purpose of future growth and success. more. It includes actions taken by individual in order to fulfil these skill gaps. MAIN BODY TASK 1 Development of skill as a result of project Development of skills is one of essential process as on basis of it, a person is able to find out different solutions. It is essential in order to ensure development of competencies, skills, capabilities and other things for purpose of completion of project. On basis of it, it is easier for a person to complete a project and also get support from member, providing them guidance, motivate them (Hassan and et. al., 2018). All these things are contributing for successful completion of project. These skills developed by me for completion of project are mentioned below: Leadership skill:Leadership can be considered as an important activity which create influence over others in order to control their action. I have developed this skill by carry out this project as I have taken initiative to manage whole work. In order to ensure effective leadership, I divide whole work into small task which assist me to complete work in less time. It also make it easier for me to complete wok for attainment of goals of projects (Mazhar and et. al., 2022). I also take initiative for solving problem occur at workplace and also understand problem of team which allow me to motivate members to complete in effective manner. Communication skill:Communicationis an importantskill which assist to share ideas, thoughts, opinion and other things from one person to another person. It is an essential skill for managing a project. While coming the project, firstly I need to communicate with client in order to understand problem faced by them. For providing them effective solution, I also need to 1
communicatewithmembersofcompany.Onbasisofthiscommunication,wemake understanding and trying to avoid confusion of work among members of team. Team working skill:Team working is also one of important skills which is requirement in order to work in group. In a team, there are different people who has different capabilities, skills, knowledge and other things. It is also an important skill which allow a person for purpose of completion of work in effective manner (Sharma and Ganga, 2019). On basis of it, I will be able to cooperate with others and also for making efforts for attainment of group goals. I have developed this skill while working with team as we all together work over problem of client. Things does know before starting of process With end of the project, there are different things learned by me like development of new skills, new knowledge and also working experience which is essential with view of development of future career of a person. Before starting of a project, I does not have knowledge regarding to problem of client and also how to handle a project and its completion. I have developed new experience which provide me guidance to helps such situation in future I also have develop new skills which is essential in order to handle the situation in effective manner with patience. Improvement in confidence Skill development is also important for me in order to boost my confidence level and it allow me to overcome of challenge and also to face it in effective manner. It helps me to develop a new experience which will improve my confidence level (Shi, 2020). On basis of this skill, I will be more confident person as it assist me to communicate with other people, developing new ideas, sharing my ideas, get appreciation of the project. Success of completing a project will boost confidence of a person. Learning for future career With completion of this project, I have learned different things which is essential in order to improve my capabilities for future period of time. On basis of these development, I am able to getcompetitiveadvantage,developskillslikeleadershipskill,problemsolvingskill, communication skill and others. It also provide me guidance in order to face same situation in future and allow me to ensure personal and professional development. 2

Organisation skills:It is a skill which can be used by a person for focusing on different activities with use of energy, time, physical space, energy and others things for improving their efficiency in order to get desired result. With development of organisation skills, individual will be able to manage resources, task and other things at workplace in effective manner that will reduce wastage and improve efficiency. In order to assess this skill, a personneedstoanalysethat different activities at workplace areorganisedandrunningin systematic manner and there is not wastage at workplace. 3 Months CONCLUSION From above mentioned report, it can be concluded that skill development is consider as an important process for an individual with aim of improvement in skills, capabilities and also learning which aims a person to ensure effective development. It is essential for a person to ensure development of skills as it make them capability for handling complex and difficult situation. For this, different skills can be developed by a person including time management, 4
organisation skill, conflict handling, team building and others. These are also some skill gap faced by a person and it is important for individual to develop a action plan to develop these competencies. 5
