The project manager will prepare the project plan and it will help the enterprise to implement a network architecture and an improved information system. Business Needs: The project is helpful for companies to oppose the declining trend as per as productivity is considered. Stating in other words, it has been affecting the revenue. Project Description: First of all installation and configuration of new networks infrastructures is to be done. This must include the plans of disaster recovery, isolating LOB or Lune of Business software and upgrading to recent Microsoft SQL server version. This has been possessing developed malware detection and improved virus. This has also included updated email communications software suite and the latest office application suite. At the second stage, the SLA or Service Level Agreement has been needed to support new systems at the required level of the business. Lastly, the user training has been programmed for assuring the easy transaction towards the new systems. b. Project requirements Skillage IT will appoint a project manager. Skillage IT requires other project stakeholders that will significantly to the project and they are data entry officer, CEO, Sales Manager, manufacturing Supervisor and CFO. Skillage IT requires to implement a network architecture

The network architecture will facilitate malware detection and malware mitigation. It also include implementation of SLA. Scheduling requirements The project is scheduled to complete within five weeks by September 30. The total budget required for the project is $155,000. d. Technical Specifications The IT team or the technical team who will work for the project will require a web server, a management server, an app server, a SQL database server, and an email server. e. SWOT analysis Strength The enhanced network architecture will enhance their productivity. The new network architecture will increase their market share. The order processing efficiency will definitely increase. Skillage IT’s yearly revenue will increase as well. Weakness Skillage IT will have to spend a lot of money to install the network architecture. The employees of the enterprise are not used to the technology and they will suffer. Their data will be handled and maintained by the IT professionals so there are chances of data breaches.
