INTRODUCTIONFor an individual, it is very much important for them to make personal analysis. As thishelp them in gaining information about the skills and competencies of them, which can helpthem in achieving their goals and objectives. Along with this, it help them in identifyingweaknesses of themselves, which can become obstacle for them in achieving their gaols andobjectives (Fox, 2017). Analysing these competencies and skills help an individual in gainingknowledge that which skills are required by them to learn and also what are the benefits whichthey will get after making improvement in skills. Also, these type of analysis will help anindividual in gaining information about the sessions which are required by them, so that requiredimprovement in the skills of them can become easy. This all help an individual in makingappropriate improvements in their skills, so that they can achieve their goals and objectives ineffective manner. In present report, a discussion will take place on personal skills of anindividual. Where, study will take place on current skills and knowledge of that individual alongwith the experience of them. Also, evidence for experience like certificates of seminars andvolunteering will come in this report. This all will help that individual in gaining informationabout the current position of it self, and also help them in gaining knowledge about the skillswhich they have and which are required by them to achieve their goals and objectives. Afterdoing all this, in present report, a career action plan will be designed. This will help thatindividual in getting information about the plans which they can adopt, so that the improvementin skills become easier for them. Along with this all this, a CV of that individual will getdesigned, which will have complete detail about the skills and competencies of that individual.PERSONAL ANALYSISPersonal analysis is seen as the own skill audit of an individual which helps them inidentifying their own strengths and weakness. This skill audit is done by using differenttechniques that are helpful in identifying actual status of the skill (Little and Gee, 2017). Fromthe overall analysis of my own skills, it has been identified by me that according to my job rolethere are some core skills which are required to be adapted by me in order to sustain longer in thecompany and enhance by productivity in effective manner. From my evaluation, it has beenanalysed by me that I am good in communication skill as I am easily able to influence mycolleagues effectively with appropriate convincing technique.
