INTRODUCTION
Skill audit is defined as process of determining key competences and required knowledge
about individual person. It provides appropriate evidence of current and developing skills that
candidate have and utilize to gain desire outcomes in term of aim achievements. It is a kind of
written document that clearly defines all competencies a person recently has and how beneficial
those abilities are for them in the future, just like present. The current assignment will be based
on three study skills such as time management, presentation and team work that needed to
succeed at education center and gain many benefits. Furthermore, lastly the report will define
significance and meaning of each skill as well as competence development plan including
planned action and completion date related to skills.
TASK
Defining skills required to succeed at university
Time management competence-
It is one of those skills that help to organize daily work and activities and plan how to
divide time between particular practices that a person conducts daily (Tadjer and et.al., 2020).
Scheduling, decision making, delegation, aim setting and planning are included in category of
this skill.
Time management competence is important to have as a leaner, because it helps them to
prioritize their tasks so they are capable to accomplish education related work in term of projects
on time, without delay.
About current skill, individual may feel highly confident because it enables them to
achieve greater success and unpredicted growth. It made them stronger in term of controlling
own activities and prioritizing important tasks or work, which in return may allow them to obtain
desire outcomes.
In order to develop time management skill, I will choose the best approach such as
training workshop where I will learn how to manage my time and divided each activity
according to my daily schedule.
Team work skill-

It encompasses of interrelated capabilities that let individual work productively and
effectively in a wide group of people (Murzi and et.al., 2020). Just like other academic skills, it is
also important for a student as it allow them to grab high scores during team performance.
This competence is as beneficial and essential as above one, because it enable student to
split challenging tasks into simpler ones. It provides students benefits to accomplish task on time
with effective collaboration and coordination with other people.
Currently I am feeling quite confident about team work skill, as it helps millions of
people to do their job and play their role in a group which consist of many people’s, who tend to
perform together and collaboratively.
There are many approaches and techniques available in the world which I use to develop
this competence in appropriate and systematic manner. For example, team collaboration and
effective coordination, it the best way to develop team work skill and utilize in the future.
Presentation skill-
It is one of those skills that made individual person capable to deliver effective and
engaging work in term of presentation to a several of people, who tend to see a quality work,
with better graphic, images and understanding material (Albiol Tapia and Lee, 2020).
As a student, it is quite important to have or develop presentation skill because it support
to create innovative ideas when learners come up with innovative and interesting slides to
illustrate their communication.
I feel lack confident recently about this skill, because I do not possess greater knowledge
about how to make my work presentable and influencing and present in form of talkative.
I go to develop presentation skill, by taking suggestions from my seniors and using
internet where many methods related to this accessible and utilized my many successful
entrepreneurs. Internet is the best source to learn or develop a new skill, because it provided
several useful ideas and techniques.

CONCLUSION
From above analysis, it has been concluded that by taking initiative to develop team work
skill, student has gained many advantages at university as they have succeeded in term of gaining
high score during module. Each student has completed their projects on time and obtain desire
results. Furthermore, by summing up above discussion, it has been summarized that learner has
successfully developed time management skill by taking appropriate action in term of method
into their consideration and implemented in systematic manner. They have presented influencing
presentation that enabled them to obtain great scores at university. Skills development boosted
their morale and allow to grow much better than last year. It has been determined that time
management, team work and other skills development has made leaner stronger.
