Moreover, reflectingon how a charitable organisation performs is a crucial part of maintaining quality as well asstandards in order to improve learning (Bekas, 2015). Moreover, several problems are facedunder external pressures for charities to reflect and identify that there is little internal drive. In order to effectively carry the operation of a charitable organisation all the necessaryskills might be included under the individual. Because they are the one who are ultimatelyresponsible for taking decision regarding the charity issues. 2.2 Evaluate & examine the individual development skill through Formative exercise.There are several skills which need to be inherit within an individual in order toeffectively raise funds for charity organisation. Teamwork: It is one of most essential factor which an individual must inherit in order toeffectively coordinate with other teamwork so as to take perfect decision regarding thecharitable organisation (Biswas and et.al., 2018). All the work can be perfectly done ifthe workers have good relationship. This might be the major weakness under BrainTumour charity organisation because I am not able to manage teamwork. Communication: Effective communication with the group is also very essential in orderto know the exact situation. Moreover, each and every individual connected with thecharitable organisation should regularly communicate so that each aspect is made clearand decision making is made effectively. Under, my case I need to properlycommunicate.Research: Proper research much be made by an individual in order to know the marketcondition and the exact requirement of the affected people. Research shows that who canhelp in contributing the charitable organisation. This is one of my major strength becauseI am able to properly conduct a research through which exact market situation isanalysed. Planning: This skill is also very essential because through this only an individualeffectively makes business decision. Planning a successful charity organisation generallyrequires a strong game plan which should be proper and achievable in nature. I ameffectively able to plan a proper game in order to raise funding. Decision-Making: Without proper attitude of decision making a charity organisationcannot effectively run its operation (Blair, Campbell and Duffy, 2017). Therefore, theindividual should have proper decision making skills so that he effectively makesaccurate decision. Moreover, I have decision-making attitude which is very helpful inattaining the desired objective.Problem Solving: The individual under charitable organisation much have -problemsolving attitude. He should property understand the exact problem prevailing an aim atmaking proper decision. I lack under this skill because this is sometimes confusing whoto support.
