strength which make me applicable of doing a work and some of these strength are mentioned

Motivation skills: I have strong motivation skills which allow me to work in a team and
motivate other members to work willingly (Van der Berg, 2018). As in order to person a job role
in marketing, motivation is required.
Decision making skills: Decision making skills is another important skills which is possessed by
me. I have enough patience to analyse situation and make decision on basis of cost benefit
analysis. It allow me to make decision which provide me more advantage about situation in
compare to others.
Weakness:
There are skills which is not possess by me which create thereat for me in marketplace. Some of
these skills are mentioned below:
Poor leadership skills: I have poor leadership skills which is one of weakness as it does not
allow me to lead a group of people. It does not allow me to take responsibility in a workplace
and also make me fails for attainment of group goals.
Time management skills: I have lack of time management skills which does not allow me to
manage time in effective manner. It does not allow me to complete a work in a effective manner
on time. It create work pressure on a person which create negative impact over quality of work of
a person.
Learning:
With performing a job role as marketing manager, I understand different new things. I
understand important of skills and skill development process which is essential for purpose of
effectively perform a job role (Islam, Farah and Stafford, 2018). There are various skills which
