INTRODUCTION Skill audit is define asprocess of analysing and identifying theskill gap within an individual or organization. Along with this, it is one of the most important part of an individual that contributes in building their overall personality. Moreover, it contributes in improving or building newskill during trainingas well as explain the difference between technical and behaviouralcompetencies. Thepresent report willdiscuss skills that is required to be developed by student as well as their importance in building its confidence. MAIN BODY Skills Analysis Skills plays important role in life of student such as it helps them in learning new things as well as developed theiroverallpersonality. In addition tothis some crucial skills thatevery individual should have isTime managementskillthat is defined asmethod ofplanningand balancing time between different activities. It helps in allocating the time for the task so that goals can be achieved effectively (Stout and et.al., 2021). It includes some of important abilities such as organizing, goal setting and prioritizing. In addition to this, it is important for student as it helps in completing more of its task in less time as theirattention are more focused. Thus, it helps to complete the taskeasilyand in limed frameof time. Thus, itcontributes in building sense of discipline in them. Along with this, I feel that it is very positive skill and it will help in completing the task on time (Zeeman and et.al., 2019). However, I have analysed that my time managementskill isvery poorasI ma notable to complete my taskon timedue to lot of distraction. So I need to improve this skill I will be making master schedule in which I will be recordingmy dailyactivities andtime at which it needs to becompleted. It will help in identifying gown much time I am requiring as well asmy progress. Along with this, I will be attendingvideo lecture sothat I can learnabout how to manage time (Hamdani, 2018). Moreover, another important skill that need to be developed by student isteam work skill.That means workingwithgroupof people in order to achieve common goals in effective manner. Although to makethisskill better a person shouldpossestrust, self-awareness andtolerance asit is importantto managethem while working. Thisskillplays essentialrole inlife of student such as it enables themto share their ideas that contributesin building creativity (Tan
and Laswad,2018). It alsohelps learners to takeresponsibilityofcompletingtheirtask as well as it reduce stress. Although collaborating withothergroup memberallow studentto solve difficult issues and brainstorming provides them to exchangeideas and come up with creative mind. In addition to this, I have a positive feeling towards this as I have better social skill thathelpsin making good friendsand work effectively in team (Harris and Williams, 2020). Moreover, I can develop andimprovethis ability by participating ineventor group project as it will provideme with an opportunity of workingwithothers. Moreover,another skill thatis crucial forstudent isacademic reading skillthat means ability or a capacityto reador write the content (Sambell,Lo and Lawlis, 2020). Itplayssignificantrole inlife of student asreading allow them to improve their vocabulary andcommunication as well as increase their creativity. Along with this, it also helps student in improving their concentration andreduces their stress. Moreover,I feel moderate about thisskill as my reading skills are good. Although it can be develop by reading articles, books and journals. CONCLUSION From theabove reportit has been concluded that skill anslysisis process of identifyingskill gap as well as strength and weakness of an individual. Along with this, skills play crucial role in student life style as it helps them in developing their personality.
