Personal development planning program defined as, is to building a plan of action which is
depend upon awareness, reflection, value, goal setting and looking forward for planning for
personal development program with in relation of career, education, relationship or for self
improvement and enhance the skills which is required. It gives the advantage for future
development in corporate life as well as personal life. This reports includes the various skills
development program, individual development, it evaluates the development of individual skills
by the weekly reflective log exercise. This all thing includes the overview of the report (Law and
Shen, 2020) .

2.0 Audit and evaluation of key skills
Personal and key skills are very essential because it represents as a building blocks that
reflects the learning in various circumstances that helps in adopting and applying what a person
is needed to be learned. During learning session several skills are to be included such self
discipline, research, communication, decision making, problem solving etc. within this several
skills are vital that are communication, team work skills and information technology skills. This
report involves the several skills that learned during the current session and module.

help to acquires a shared goals in the most efficient way. Team work skills enhances the
confidence which contributes ideas for a project or tasks. It play a active part in building a
positive energy and environment during the project. Team work skills makes the responsible
personality which is very helpful in corporate life along with social life. It includes the better

knowledge my communication and team work skill is to be developed and it can be
judged my seniors by examining. This also developed the work ethics that is highly

There are major two areas which are to be needed to enhancing the essential two skills
that are communication and team work skills. As information technology is also essential but it is
already effective and strong. To developing communication and team work skills several areas
like removing the fear to interact with other person is very essential. It is to be developed by
taking the participate in several meeting, seminars, presentations, debate as a voluntary basis. It
helps in developing the oral communication skill as it is highly essential within this corporate
world as per current scenario. To developed the team working skill I have to involved in taking
the participation within several events and working in a team so that coordination is to be
developed high. Completing the goals by taking the responsibilities so that it can be completed
on specific period of time. In this developing the proper plan is very significant and proper
interaction with seniors are effectively useful to gain the team working skills (Fletcher, 2019) .
4.0 CONCLUSION
From above report it is concluded that skill audit and personal development planning is
very prominent for an individual person to enhance their professional career that helps in gaining
the high level of success. This report included the skill audit related to three essential skills that
helps in looking forward related to developing the career, education and also self improvement.
Skill audit is very useful to evaluation the personal skills and examine the strength and
weaknesses that are significant and to undertake improvements for developing the future. It
includes several skills and abilities that helps in pe4rforming the business functions effectively
and appropriately. Personal development plan is vital for progressing the career in terms of
professionalism. In this opportunities related to volunteering and internship avenues are to be
effective to developed the overall skills that are effective in developing the professional career.
