INTRODUCTION Personal development is a method to assess the skills and qualities of an individual. It consider individual's aims in their life and set the goals in order to maximise and realise their potential. Whereas the professional development helps an individual in developing their role to the entirely understand their job and how can it improve. An effective professional and personal development focus to ensure and individual's knowledges and the understanding of their area of an an expertise for their career at the highest level.For these development it is very essential such as communication skill, time management skill, decision making skill, problem solving skill and other etc. That an individual has some skill that helps them to participate in activities and make enable them to develop their career growth. The aim of this report is to develop the understanding of skill development, Gibb's model of refection, key skills for development opportunities and CV (Bieniawski, 2020). Key skills for development There are some key skills that is very essential and need to develop during the learning process for a better career growth. Time management-It means manage the things rightly at the available time because time is very significant so it should not be wasted. It is the ability of using the time efficiently and productively. This skill helps to prioritize the task in order to make available time to complete the project. make an individual more goals oriented and helps them to realize their dreams. Timemanagementskillis a method to finish the work smarterand effectively rather than harder for getting more out of resource and time of an individuals. They should allocate the appropriate time for their activitieson the basis of their importance(Brundiers and et. al., 2021). During the learning process, I fixed the short term goals by setting time limits for them. and try to accomplish them in a time period by managing time according to the priority. For this, I made a checklists of all task that I need to do and this writing things help me a lot to remember and prioritise the task according their importance.I developed a proper schedule for every activity or task and set a deadline to complete them at time. I keep my focus on one work at a time as it help me to reduce potential for the distraction.
Problem solving-This skill helps an individual to determine the source of their problems and find out and effective solution. This skill often identified as its own more separate skills which contributes to this skill such as research, active listening, team building and other etc. it make able to identifies that why an issue is happening and how to resolve this issue with effectiveness. The problem solving skill is very essential in every career and at every level. It require the industrial and job specific technical skills. This skill is highly useful in the other area of the individual's life such as relationship building and the day to day decision making skill. To improve my problem solving skills, I have taken some training sessions where some imaginary critical situation is allotted to me on which I work efficiently to resolve the given situation. I identify the problem an the main elements of the issue. By examining all possible solution of the problem, I took an appropriate solution to solve the issue and learn some lesson that help me to handle a critical situation. I also work in a team where I got the opportunity to thing uniquely and several ways to solve a problem in an efficient manner(Buschow and Laugemann, 2020). Communication skill-It is an essential tool for an individual to connect with other peoples. It is the process of an interaction among peoples and transfer their ideas, attitude and belief of each other in an understanding manner. It is an ability that is used during receivingandgivingdifferentkindsoftheinformation.Communicationskillvery important for everyone either they are a working professionals or students. This skill is something that connect them far ahead. This skill has many types of skills that work together and making it important to practice the communication skill in various context whenever possible. A proper communication skill is very helpful in solving a number of the issues and resolve the problems. At time of learning, to improve my communication skill, I got engaged in conversation and join groups as it motivate me to communicate with each other at the time of any query or solution. At the time of any conversation or communication, I took down all important points as it is very effective method for me to ensure that there is no miscommunication(Egeler and et. al., 2021).

Gibb's model of reflection during remote learning process This model make enable an individual to reflect on occurrences and incidents,be it occasionally or daily, and learn from them effectively. This process is very important cycle that containing six elements which are given below; Description-This factor require the actual description of an incident. There is no conclusion drawn at this stage and it focus on the information which is very relevant and provide an actual description of the incident. It include the question such as what happened? Where? How did it happen when and who else was there etc. it builds up a background and better understanding of an incident. During the COVID-19, there is a shut down in overall the world. The university were closed at a short notice asdecisions were
taken to close all school and colleges and move all remaining teaching online. Due to this, my class were operated through the online mode. This is very difficult to study through online(Hargittai and et. al., 2020). Feeling-In this, an emotion is felt during the discussion of the incident. It describe the thoughts and feelings of an individual on their experience. It contain the question like how an individual feels before the incident or during it? What they think other people felt? After it was all over?, how they are feeling now about the incident and other etc. At first conferencing session, I had a feeling of fear such as the fear of technological failure and lack of confidence I was not sure that this technique will be work or not. . I was very nervous about how the online course will be effective with positive results. But, with each session my confidence is increased and there was a surprising emotion of the bonding between the teacher and us(Harniess and et. al., 2021). Evaluation-This stage give an opportunity to reflect those areas that an individuals needs to address. It focus on the negative and positive outcome. At this step an individual has to be objective and understand that what worked in their favour and what did not. It include the question such as, what was bad or good about the experience? Were their contribution is negative or positive? What went very well or what did not? Whenever I missed the classes, then the recording remained active and allow me for revision. But it has some negative points also such as network issue and data limits due to which I was not able to took proper online classes. It has its own positive and negative aspects. The teacher an the management of university contribute very well to arrange the online classes effectively. Analysis-In this, an individual thinks about that what might has hindered and helped the situation. It analysing new informations that an individual has gleaned for the process. It develop the understanding about why did the things go badly or well. Could they has responded in other way? What might have helped and improved things. This part is very essential, specially for the higher level writing. By the online classes, I came to know that I am lacking in communication skill. Some things went well because all the students wanted to join the online classes and they show dedication for it. Some thing did not went well as some students make so much noise and did not let anyone to attend the classes in a well manner. The online classes helps me to enhance my confidence.(Hébert, , 2021).
Conclusion-It consider that what an individual learn from the incident. What more they could do in this circumstance. It is about what is the thing on which an individual need to improve and how they might achieve it. What skills help them to cope with it in a better way next time. In the situation of negative outcome, how would they avoid that and other etc. The online classes, make me enable to embrace the technology and feel free to forthcoming in messages of praise and gratitude for my activities. It make me aware about my skill's strength and weakness. I learned that online classes give a different experience and help to identifies strength and weakness during the online sessions. I also learned that sometime we have to challenges decisions that we seem to agree on online work or study and sometimes not. It give us a new experience to study online and become easier to learn things in such type of circumstances(Kearl and Webster, 2021). Action plan-It sum up anything that an individual need to know andimprove it for next time. It deals with the plans about how to handle a situation effectively and improve it next time. Is there some more that can be learned to get a better result. Work on those areas that require work and thrive for improving them. During the online classes, I learned a new way to interact with teachers and other students. I have now adopted it into my learning and professional toolkit. Now I am working on the feedback that I received during the online study and try to overcome those hurdles that were same during this situation ( Yazidi and et. al., 2020). Skills for development and the opportunities. Skill development is very essential in personal life as well as professional life. There are two skill that need to be developed by the opportunity of volunteer and internship which are given below: Communication skill-It is very significant skill, because it is difficult to achieve success without the communication skills. An individual must be able to speak and write very clearly and confidently as well as listen to response. The communication style should be tactful and genuine. I will improve my communication skill by volunteering, because it require to communicate that what we are doing. The volunteer deepen our experience and also provide the skill development in such a way that is often not available to use else where. When I will communicating as a volunteer, it will has a positive impact and appreciation in my efforts. The volunteer will give me a chance to voice my opinion, ask question and give the opportunity to share my suggestion. It open the door for professionalism and growing helps in growing a better career growth. Through volunteering, the communication skill can be enhanced and ample the opportunity will come in the way for the development and career growth( Nikolopoulou, 2020).
