INTRO
Personal development it refers to those activities which help to develop my personal skills and
capabilities, to enhance the knowledge and skills, which helps to develop the value of life. They
help them to achieve their future target in more efficiently and effectively. Personal development
is an important part of the individual growth and progression, it helps the people to embrace their
potential which is beneficial for their growth (Avlaev, 2020). Self-development is very important
for everyone, because it gives more possibility, along with it helps the individual to understand
and allow them to become the best versions of themselves. In this report it gives the reflection
which is based on personal skills, and how it develops their skills, which is beneficial for their
future job, and personal development support the people to giving lots of opportunities which is
helping in their future growth.
MAIN BODY
Audit and Evaluation of Key Skills
When I start studying this course, I don’t have any idea, or know anything about this, that
why I feel nervous, but while studying I realized it is very beneficial for me, it helps me to
develop my skills which is related to the personal development, business management support to
overseas the operation and help the employees to reach their productivity leaves, along with its
also supervise the members to help the business and reach its operational and financial business
Business management helps in both personal and professional development they support me to
progress and develop my knowledge which support me to get a good job opportunity in future
and acknowledge my capability (French and Eskridge, 2021).
Self-development helps me to reacted on my own improvement by doing those activities which
support me for improving my future performance (Ozyilmaz and Taner, 2022). It helps for my
carrier growth which gives me many good options for my betterment. Along with is also develop
the professional skills, by learning the team management, grouping activities, presentation skills
and so on. The main determination of this skills are they provide me chance to develop my
knowledge and learning power, so that I can use this skills in my job to highlighting myself
(Van Weele, 2018). I also start evaluating me that what things I need to work on myself, like
which skills are need more important for my growth. After one month I analyse that I am not
good in communication. So, I want to work on this, along with I am not good in time

management and face difficulty in problem solving this is not good for my career, I want to
improve this otherwise its affect the performance (Bachik and Kitzman, 2020). I need to
accomplish occurrence, so they support endlessly developing my information, services on
education. Because it is good for my individual growth and for my society too, they having
abilities and skills to improve my life and impact positive. The research of NHS, analyse that
education skills support for developing the wellbeing which is related to mental health and also
assist for motivating themselves. If I need to work on my weaknesses which affect my
knowledge and mind, so I need toward the develop my personal action plan, which helps me to
improve this. Along with its support myself to search opportunity and threats. Business
management helps me to provide a clear goal, which assist to improving the performance. When
I decide to make a plan which is related to my self- development, which helps me to provide a
good suggestion, for my future growth. Along with this plan support me to doing those courses
which helps me to work on my weaknesses. If I start analysis myself more, so they assist me to
improve my knowledge, that provides me more information related to career (Uzundag and
Küntay, 2018). Self-development plan support me to find the right personal skills, that is
beneficial for me and I want to work on to enhance this, so that I can get more opportunities.
Decision making- It is very essential for any business, if I want to get a good job, so I need to
improve my decision-making skills. Because it necessary for my career growth, it effect other
person to, every decision we take is affect different people in one way or another. It is beneficial
to be aware for the influence our decisions. It helps me to demonstrate my values. If I work on
these skills, so it gives me lots of opportunities which helps to achieve my gaols and take good
decisions which save my time and make better use of resources. Along with it also allow me be a
good leader in my future (Smith, 2019). Because I am able to accomplish the people faster. To
improve these skills, I need to make a plan and choice the best alternative to handle the situation.
Along with I also ask for my teachers and expert before taking a decision, because they help me
to give right feedback, also I set a deadline for myself, these activities support me to improve my
skills.
Team management – Team management is an essential feature for business growth. Effective
team management helps the organisation to create positive work culture among employees which
leads to increment in employee productivity and retention rate. Efficient team management
helps in overall development of the employee. On the basis of self-evaluation, I have realised

that I am weak in communicating and building good interpersonal relations with the employees. I
avoid delegating responsibilities over others which leads to create work burden on me (Helmold,
2020). I am also unable to motivate my team which creates inefficiency among them. To
overcome these weaknesses, I am trying to take feedback from my employees and trying to be
friendly with them so that I can communicate with them without any hesitation and can also
delicately work among them so that my work pressure would be relived. Team management give
me lost of opportunities, to develop my self and learn new things, because different people
having the different point views, so it give me chance to learn new things with different people,
Along with they also assist me to build my confident to giving my suggestion on grouping
activities.
Communication – Communication is an important element which enhances the internal as well
as external efficiency of an organisation and its employees. Effective communication among
employees helps in smooth working as they have clear exchange of thoughts and objectives
among themselves. Communication bridges the gap between the top management and their sub-
ordinates. On the basis of evaluation, I have realised that I am weak at communicating with
different types of audience. I avoid conversations with management and employees which is not
only affecting my personal growth but also is not able to provide the transparency between me
and the employees. To overcome these weaknesses, I am trying to convey messages in simple
and clear way so that employee could grasp it easily. After expressing myself I follow up with
my subordinates if they are facing any issues on regular basis, which has significantly improved
my communication skills and has built up my confidence to present myself in front of others.
Gibbs Reflective Cycle
This is the most popular models of reflections, in this model you express your views and
experiences, and what things you learn of your pervious experiences, it’s totally related to your
views and experiences (Orme-Smith and Spicer, 2018). They are leading the six stages which are
listed below:
Description- After complete my graduation, I doing research that what course are in demand, so
after sometime I get that business management are very popular it’s given lots of job
opportunities for my carrier, so I decide that I doing business management degree. I feel
confusing and nervous before studying this because it is new for me, but after start studying, I
enjoy this, I love to study this (van der Vleuten, van den Eertwegh and Giroldi, 2019). In my

class, our class teacher assigns the group assistance for the class and divide the group accruing to
their roll number. Along with my team mates choosing me as a leader, I refuse it but they force
me, so firstly I divide our work in different part and assign them, so that one person is not getting
whole burden, it is group activity, so we need to work accordingly.
Feelings- Before we start their work together, I realised that we have to cover lots of work on
time, but we don't have a sufficient time, so decide that we had been doing smart work, we
divided the work between us according to their interest. Because if the person doing those work
which n they like, so they complete more efficiently as compare their other work, so it is the best
idea I choice. We start group study together, so that we can help each other. Actually, I love this
because I feel so motivated and confident, I am like it helps me to evaluate myself, that I am
good on leading and I can manage groping activities efficiency and effectively.
Evaluation- After completing some work, I analysing and evaluating the things, that it goes in
proper manner or not, and I see that each member produced the good quality work and they try to
complete their work before deadline, we all are appropriate each other and I ask for their opinion
so that they don't feel bad. Along with I also analyse that, some members are not doing work
properly, they avoid and refuse all work, if anyone give them.
Analysis- I analyse that this activities approach saves us time, and also helps to build the team
work in their team, which is beneficial for our future growth. Along with these activities helps us
to develop the decision-making skill which give me more opportunities in my Carrera. Along
with I analyse that our team are not afraid to face problem they to solve it and also appreciate
each other when any one fell down.
Conclusion- I learned that when I decide to divide the work in different part, so we are
completing over work before the deadline, which is very good for our team. Teacher also
appreciates our team and give good marks too. Along they also giving one more task that we
have to present this in front of my class, actually this very tough for us. Because we all having
stage fear, but we encourage each other and motivate that, we can do this and give the
presentation. Staring we all are demotivated but after some time, we give very good presentation.
After his grouping activates, I analyse that I develop skills like I learn presentation skill,
leadership skill, communication skills and so on. This skill helps me top build my Career and
getting a job in reputed company (Sierra and Alcántara, 2019).

Volunteering- It helps me to give me more opportunities to practise and develop my important
skills which I used in my workplace, like teamwork, communication, problem solving, task
management and so on. It helps me provide a proper guidance and improve my knowledge skills,
which actually I require to improve, if I knowing my skills, then I am more cable to doing my
work in more effective way. Along with also capable to achieve my organisation goals and
improve my performance. Volunteer experiences helps me learn a good way about myself and
potential, which gives me chance to find out my strengths.
Internship- It is the best way to make me suitable for my future job sectors, that I must be
entering after completing my degree. Internship makes me and support me shaping my skills and
knowledge. It plays a very crucial role to giving me an insight for my working capital, and teach
me that, how its work and what tricks I need to applied in my job to improving my job
performance. Internship is a platform, which support me to improve my weaknesses and learn
something, and this is for my betterment.
