INTRODUCTION Skill audit is one of the most important aspects as it helps in evaluating and analysing various aspects so that necessary and appropriate measures could be taken so that it can lead to the accomplishment of goals and objectives(Baskara, 2018). This report covers different aspects that are related with evaluating different plans that is meeting, pre-presentation, as well as post- presentation evaluation on the basis of various factors that are very critical from the firm’s as well as individual’s point of view. MAIN BODY 1. Which three study skills that you have learned about in this module do you find most interesting? - Describe these three study skills. As it can be clearly seen that there are various aspects that has to be addressed as soon as possible by the managementso that it can help the firm to improve itsefficiency and effectiveness and also to capture a larger share of market in the long run. There are different ways by which group effectiveness can be improved and the most crucial one is to create such an environment in which all the individuals can communicate without any barriers and also can delegateauthoritiesand responsibilitiesaccordinglywhich canprove beneficialfrom the company’s point of view. While doing a pre-presentation it is understood that there are still many areas that have to be focussed in an urgent manner so that it can prove critical for the firm in order to increase and improve its efficiency as well as its efficiency and that too in long run. The first of all is to generate a felling of belongings towards the company in all the employees because it is very essential in order to improve the aspects in which the management is lacking behind. 2. How confident do you currently feel about them? – Rate your confidence level (1-10). There are many benefits that I came to know while working in this way and I also observed many positive changes in me that are very essential in order to attain growth and development in both personal and professional life. I also learned many other things too that I would be not able to learn otherwise(Roake, 2017). I will take a series of actions in order to make things come back in place for the firm so that it can prove very useful in order to attain a satisfactory position in the market. The foremost
action that I will take is to allot and allocate work and resources in such a manner so that it would generate maximum results within a limited period of time. Apart from this I will also take strict measures so that there will be minimum deviations from the standards that have been set at the starting of the activity(BUL, 2020). I would rate my confidence level 7 out of 10. 3. Which three study skills described in the first section do you most need to improve and why? From the above it is clearly observed by me that there are some major issues that have to be addressed in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm in the long run. Further I analysed and evaluated that team work and time management is lacked by mostly all of the individuals that are working for the company and it is not a very good sign for the business. All other members also agreed with me and all with a mutual consent decided to take appropriate as well as necessary measures that can help the management of the firm to eliminate all the loop holes prevailing in the business. The foremost of all is to create a sustainable work place for all that would help in achieving the tasks well within time. I will take different actions in order to improve all the factors in which the management lacks but firstly I will organise different workshops and seminars in order to establish a communication between all the employees so that it would prove helpful in building an environment suitable for the firm(Hampton and Stratopoulos, 2016). 4. How will you develop the three study skills that you have identified for improvement? – Put this into SMART goals. As I looked backed there are different aspects that I wish to change and one of the most important of all is to delegate the tasks and activities in such a manner so that it would not create burden on the employees. There are some SMART goals that can be used in it. Specific- I developed various skills that are specific in nature and help me in the long run aspect. Measurable- Various skills that I acquired are measurable and thus by this I can know that I am on the road to success. CONCLUSION Audit of skill is one of the most important aspect as it helps in analysing the skills that one possess and also evaluates the skills that the one lacks and helps in improving performance in the

long run. From the above it can be concluded that there are many different factors that have to be kept in mind by the management before taking any decision so that it can help the firm to grow and prosper in the long run rather than destroying and destructing the value of the company in the market. Apart from this it can also be concluded from the above that there are many things that I came to know and understood almost all of them in order to achieve growth in different fields that are very essential in order to attain and accomplish the laid goals and objectives in the future. Further a management should focus on building and creating a strong environment at the work place so that it can add to the value of the firm in the long run.
