In this context it can be stated that if these two factors are taken into consideration it would be directly affecting the overall working of the organization. The main aim of the report is to focus on the different skills and competencies which would be engaged in the sector of working of an organization. the main focus area is related to the enhancement and gaining of competitive advantage of the organization. Chosen skill and competencies There are different forms of skills and competencies which are related to the working of the line manager, and in most of the cases, it can be seen that it is directly linked to the goal and objective of the organisation. The main focus point which can be related to the concept which is playing a major role is stated and explained below: ï‚·Communication:Communication can be considered as one of the major factors which should be included in the factor of the line manager which plays a significant role. In most of the cases, it can be seen that the communication sector which is applied to the employee plays a significant role in the sector of working of complex project management scenario. The manager in most of the cases tends to be a major listener which focus on the different functionality of the project in which they are indulged and working. The management of conflict in the sector can be stated to be a concern area, and in most of the cases, it can be considered as a factor which can drive the project to the factor of failure.

The manager should be directly focused on the different scope which they have in their sector. The sector of the working should be aligned with the segment of working. Nature of skill and competencies and meaning In the sector of the two factors which are stated above which ate communication and decision making the nature of skills and competencies are related to the factor of driving certain factor which is linked to the working of the organisation. The sector of communication means that there is a proper interaction sector between the employee which work in the projects and the higher authority. The main sector which is seen in the domain is that the employee can easily get help when there is any section of the problem seen in the working. The domain of working in most of the cases it can be stated that linkage of the communication which would be directly enhancing the section of working and increasing the focus on the competitive advantage can be one of the concerned areas in the sector. Communication can be considered to be playing a role in the section of opening an area where everything which is related to the organisation is open, and this helps in the domain of the working. On the other hand, the sector of decision making can be considered as one of the factors which help an organisation to form a different scheme of working.
