INTRODUCTION Personal and professional development considered as one of those effective concepts and approaches that has contributed to enhance individuals productivity and performance level. The current assignment will be based on skills' development concept. It will explain the key competencies required to be an HR learner. Furthermore, it also defines description of each skill with specificreason of theirimportance.Lastly, thereport will justify how to improve performance and learning. TASK Examining skills needed to be a higher education learner In order to become HR learner, there are different types of competencies, qualities and a lot of efficiency are required as these are; Team working skills- It is important to develop, use and have this skill because it drives the attention of individual towards becoming a higher education student who may attempt to obtain desire outcomes and achieve set short, long or medium term aims (Machado and Carvalho, 2020). Presentation skill- It is another competence that a person needed to be Higher education scholar, because of their benefits and importance. For example, presentation skill enable them to represent their ideas and thoughts in front of other individual, in effective manner. Effective communication- This skill is as important and beneficial as above two, because it also contributes to make person capable to become an HR student and grow rapidly by building strong connection with experienced and knowledgeable candidates that are working at same workplace (Keiper and et.al., 2021). IT skill- Along with above three, this competence is also needed in the context of becoming higher education student. As it allow individual to use one of those advanced technologies that help to accomplish their task on time, without making common human mistakes. Problem solving-
With the help of this skill, it is quite easy for student to become a higher education learner as it enable them to solve own as well as other issues, which assist enhancing performance and efficiency level. Academic writing- Without developing and utilizing current skill, it is not possible for anyone to be a HE learner, as it is highly needed to be that. Academic writing make student efficient and effective as it serves them a specific tool that they may use to convey obtained understanding related to specific concept in comprehending manner. Reflective writing- In the world of education, without developing reflective writing skill along with above, it is impossible to be HE student. It is important for them because of describing their own understanding about each class room session. Recognizing development of higher extent skills through reflection I want to describe my personal experience as higher education learner, which I had obtained with the help of using essential and beneficial skills. I want to say that witheffective communication skill, I had gained several benefits. For example, I have developed good relationship with other learners who also attempt to become a productive one, in order to gain high scores during their academic career that help to gain expected employment chance. Along with that, I also have capability to write down my own experience, understanding and thoughts as I have effectivereflective writing skill,which enable me to represent my point of views in front of other people in clear way. It made me capable to write description of real and imaginary events with actual meaning. Academic writingis one of those skills that I have and utilized in appropriate manner, just to impress my tutor and achieve greater scores, more than the other Higher education learners. It helps to develop creativity at workplace and increase concentration level, which is quite important for me to do so. I have described all my strengths in term of skill, but few things I want to define is my weaknesses that put negative impact on my growth and success as higher education learner. Team working, presentation, IT and problem solving including decision-makingare one of those competencies related to these I do not have good understanding.
