essential functions. Furthermore, in order to learn these

Referring to above SWOT analysis, low self-confidence and lack of emotional
intelligence has turned out to be my personal weaknesses. In order to improvise and
develop these personal skills and abilities, several actions could be taken into consideration
to be implemented which are as follows:

 Positive approach in workplace

SUMMARY
From the above assessment report it could be
summarised that Academic and professional skills plays a crucial
role in personal and professional growth of an individual.
Moreover, It includes importance of development of these skills in
order to ensure success and personal growth. Furthermore, it is
provided with personal SWOT analysis which determines low self-
confidence and lack of emotional intelligence as my personal
weaknesses.
