INTRODUCTION
Businesses use consultants so that they can carry out smooth operations which results in
higher profitability. Business environment needs regular changes which need policies and
strategies in order to inherit required changes (Mourtzis, 2018). It helps in identification of risks
and threats so that employees feel satisfied at work place. Consultancies in practices help in
engaging employees for longer period of time which help over all organisation. Various skills
can be developed and inherited with the help of consultancies which helps in offering higher
quality products and services. It create positive work environment for work force which is
essential for the achievement of goals and targets. Problems can be easily solves which improves
the efficiency of employees in effective manner. This report will include the evaluation of skills
development and learning. It also includes action development plan which reflects on the gaps of
skills.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
Discuss the skills which were developed during the previous project
During the project, I have taken initiatives in managing teams so that over all team can
manage activities in effective. Various problems and issues were critically reviewed by me so
that we can collectively achieve group targets. There was communication gap in the team which
leads to miss understanding and conflicts which should be resolved in initial stages because it
affect the over all project (Asonitou and Kottara, 2019). For the effective and proper
communication I use to arrange meetings and sessions so that all the group members can share
their views and thoughts which create positive impact on the project. Due to the group sessions. I
have developed team management and communication skills which transforms my personality. I
use to divide various tasks and activities according to the expertise of the member so that we can
save lot of time in effective manner. Managing all the activities make project more efficient and
effective which satisfy the needs of each and every individual member. Team management skills
helps in accomplishment of tasks prior to their deadlines by eliminating various disturbances. It
engages each and every member in project which develops their interest in effective manner.
Leading teams and handling behaviour of all the members helps in understanding the criteria of

leadership which plays very important role during performing operations of the project. It helps
in development of leadership skills so that team can work towards the achievement of collective
targets.
What are the factors which didn't know in the starting but know now
In the initial stages of projects, it was very difficult for me to take decisions for the
actions which have to be taken in order to fulfil the requirements of project. Various factors of
project take lot of time which results in delay in actions. In order to effectively perform the
operations it is necessary to formulate strategic decisions so that over all team can achieve
desired outcomes (Olszewski‐Kubilius and et.al., 2019). It was very difficult for me to handle
digital and information technological operations because I lack in IT knowledge and expertise
which becomes my weakness. There were many software which becomes problem for me as I do
not know how to handle them. IT tools help in completion of project in cost effective manner so
that it becomes profitable for all the members. It is important to learn about IT skills as it
provides ease in performing critical operations. It also reduces errors and mistake because it
reduce the human efforts from the activities. Technology provide innovative and advanced tools
and techniques which assist human efforts in best possible manner. Decision making skills and
IT skills should be developed in effective manner so that I can effectively help all the members
in accurate direction.
How much confidence level have been improved
This project have helped me in enhancing my various skills like team management,
leadership skills ans team management skills which increased my confidence level to great
extent. It helps in improving my morale and provides efficiency and effectiveness so that I can
manage teams and projects in required manner (Cohrssen and Niklas, 2019). I can handle critical
operations and situations in easy manner as it helps me in gaining various knowledge which
develops my professional and personal career. This project also helped in providing fluency in
my communication skills which results in better sharing of thoughts and ideas among different
members. It eliminates fear and hesitation of facing large number of audience by increasing the
confidence level. I can easily manage large number of complicated activities which results in
positive outcomes. I have learnt how to assign tasks to different members of group which make
operations more faster and easier for all.

How these learning can be used in future career.
With the completion of this project I have gain lot of knowledge which can help in better
growth and development. I can establish my own business because I have learnt how to perform
operations in order to increase the revenue generation (Huang and et.al., 2020). I have developed
various skills which assist in managing teams of diversified members. In the later stages of
projects I have developed IT skills so that I can use tools, techniques and software so that I can
fulfil the needs of situation. It improves the standard and quality of the project which help me in
gaining various opportunities in future. Communication skills and decision making skills are
developed in appropriate manner which are essential for the future growth and success. It can
eliminate various mistakes and problems from the operations so that project become more
efficient. All these skills collectively develop the personality which helps in influencing people
in positive manner so that they perform operations in prescribed manner. I can easily manage
stress and pressure of all the members so that it can satisfy the needs of member working in a
team. It can easily motivate member so that they can contribute their positive efforts in the
accomplishment of task.
